Store temperature extremely freezing, feel bad for employees freezing while working as well as customers too. Turn heat on. Wont be shopping here if it continues to be colder inside frys anymore. Pretty sure osha regulations are minimum 68 degrees and it felt like 40 in frys!

This store on Fair Street in Prescott Arizona has a bad reputation with the management I've seen reviews that have all indicated the same the same complaint that the management is dismissive and just it's bad service overall to that I'd like to iterate , my experience 3 years ago. I had walked in to get some groceries I was at self-checkout and I had another customer approach me and start yelling at me cussing at me her basically harassing me and no one said anything no manager came up spoke up nothing I defended myself I turned around I told her to back off and leave me alone my voice did become elevated because I had a severe headache and I wasn't in a good mood , and she continued I proceeded to check out I made my way out of the store forgetting to bags , I went back to grab them they were already gone so I didn't proceeded to go get my receipt so I could either get the groceries back or or get the money back at which point the manager Lisa Murphy came out and started yelling at us cussing at us her face was beat red and she even clenched her hands in a fist I'm in lunch at my mother in the parking lot in front of the store .! I have tried to discuss this with the current store director and he will not listen to me anytime I ask him a question he answers it with another question and tells me he's not going to discuss it and from what I gather Lisa has been going around lying and spreading rumors defaming me I would highly suggest people stop shopping at the store on Fair Street and Shop elsewhere anywhere else

I have never had any issues with the staff here. Now Willow Creek store I would never recommend them due to how rude, uncomfortable and annoying loudly what I any pick up

i understand that it's hard to find good help right now. So that's why I bumped it up to a 1 out of 5 stars. Where do I begin?First and foremost, TRAIN YOUR STAFF EFFECTIVELY. The two people I interacted with lacked so much knowledge in their position that it was embarrassing. My issue isnt from the woman in the bakery telling me i was incorrect on something I've been eating my whole life, but let's talk about the deli. 5pm, two people in the deli working and two people ahead of me in line. Scratch that, one guy slicing meat and the other guy cleaning. Understandable. I work in the food industry so I know the drill. But, It's like a funeral back there. You can just tell that something was not okay there. So after the two people ahead of me went, it was now 5:45. 45 minutes after I pulled my ticket. I order my meat and cheese. You think he'd peel back the plastic on the meat before cutting it? Not a shot. Had no idea what I wanted after pointing in the case, giving a description, and then kindly showing him again. I even asked if he was okay. He looked like a kidnap victim who desperately wanted to tell someone but was scared of his captor. He finds the meat, he leaves the plastic, same with the cheese plus it's too thick, not shaved like I asked. Now, one would think I might be a prick about this. I'm not. I don't think he's had formal training and he's wearing his misery on his face. I will be returning the food tomorrow that I purchased This evening. You should really get your shit together. It's an embarrassment to the community. And also, you're about a fly away from maggots in your butchers case of oxidized, poor quality meat. So there's that. See you tomorrow.

I went there to pick up my prescription as I have multiple times. The doctor that was present, who I wont name, Mike, informed me about a new law that has passed and that I will not be able to pick up my prescription of suboxone . That was shocking to hear especially since I accompanied somebody else the night before and the prescription was filled no problem ! I asked if there was any way I could try another pharmacy and was told it would not matter, nobody would be able to fill my prescription. I left resentful , made a few phone calls, and picked up my prescription from CVS Pharmacy. Thanks for nothing Doctor Mike !0 stars for Frys 5 stars to CVS for efficiency and quickness. I will never use Frys Pharmacy again.

11/17/22-I would like to personally thank Cody/Willow Creek Fry's Pharmacy & Jacob/Fair Street Fry's Pharmacy-Both were instrumental in getting me the urgent anti-biotics that I needed after getting near death test results and needed the pills ASAP. They TRULY went ABOVE & BEYOND, thanks!!!

Update your hours on Yelp! I can't tell you how many times I've been burned by businesses who pretend this doesn't matter and I'm sure many others were affected. Update your hours and I'll remove the bad review.

I absolutely do not like the management here they treat the employees like crap and I went into there the other night and a lady named Maria yelled across the room at an employee and that was not acceptable to me I don't like the way they address things and in this environment people like this need to leave immediately I don't tolerate this type of behavior.

Very dirty, everywhere needs moping, and there was MOLD growing on multiple areas on the ceiling. Roof was also leaking when it rained. Very understocked, some aisles were half empty. Do not recommend unless you like Being in moldy areas

Very disappointed about a snarky comment that was made by a the Frys on Fair Street staff about a medication I desperately needed refilled. There is a long story involved, but when one is seriously concerned about their own health and someone who works at the pharmacy makes a snarky comment in the background that is not acceptable. Additionally they were out of two other medications I needed refilled. After going to this pharmacy for three + years I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Great store. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Deli department could use better staffing.
