It is easy to call in and get an appointment set when needed, is in a convenient location close to downtown and most importantly, we feel confident in the quality of work done and in the honest feedback we get from him. Very attentive and did some extra stuff with my oil change without charging. Also called before completing any other work and gave me a list of things that I can take care of one or two at a time.

Fantastic shop. Recommended through a friend of the owner and ended up being a great decision. Car wouldn't turn on so it was towed to the dealer who made up a big story of what was wrong and didn't make sense so a phone call was made to this amazing shop and they said bring it down and found the issue within no time and save me 4000$ from what the dealer quoted. Will 100% be taking Nate and Cien Motors my cars for simple maintenance to bigger issues if they arise. Amazing shop, amazing people. Caring and always let's you know what the plan is before racking up the bill. Thanks nate and everyone at the shop.

I've been to Cien Motor Sports a few times now that it replaced the old Frank's Auto. I've been very pleased with the service, price and attention to detail. Nate is always a pleasure to work with and understands coordinating appointments with my schedule. I look forward to continuing to have my vehicle maintained by CMS.

Prescott is a small town and there are not many auto shops that work on foreign cars in this area. Cien Motor Sports did an oil change, tire rotation, and checked out my brakes on my Range Rover. The Service Manager Nate was friendly and informative, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Cien Motorsports replaced our camper van engine. We're very happy with the work and they completed the job much quicker than estimated. Nate kept us informed all along the way. They also fixed our brakes and AC so we are going and stopping in comfort! We're back on the road! We can recommend Cien Motorsports for all major repairs and routine maintenance.

I spent over $21,000 dollars on repairs. They had my vehicle for over two months and I had to come in every week after so they could fix it… worst part is they still charged me for Each visit was $250 dollars. This has now lead me to take my vehicle into other shops to fix what they messed up. I don’t normally do reviews, but people living in Prescott need to know! This is unacceptable! Don’t let them fool you. They have no idea what they are doing.
