This review is specific to Stephanie in the rental dept! Every employee should have her attitude and incredibly helpful nature. Too long a story to explain why I urgently needed a rental, but she moved a bunch of things around and turned what was a negative experience with the service dept into an overall win! If I could give 10 stars to her and the rental team I would!

Ripped us off. We bought a car and they told us no accidents. That was a lie! The car was hit and reported. Damage wasn't fixed and they didn't care. I lost $20,000 from this deal. I go back to them and the said too late deal is done and they laughed in my face

It was great that I had the option of renting a car at Findlay Toyota with a special rate while my car was in the shop. It would have been really great if the rental agent and the shuttle had communicated with each other to make the pick up of my car at the shop smoother and less stressful.

Highly disappointed with this place. I was ready to buy, pre approved with check in hand. We were in communication for a few days. They reached out the morning of the day of our appointment and said "we will have that car parked out front and ready for a test ride". When we arrived we were told they did not have any of the car of the model we inquired about. So after renting a car to go there for them not to have the car we intended to buy. They only Had that model as a rental. We could see it, but not drive it. Then they tried to sell us one from another store with added fees and still no test ride. After expressing my frustration with the sales man he stated " well, we want to get you in the door". Huge waste of my time!

I brought my husband's car in for an oil change as well as a diagnostic to see what was wrong with the multi-function display. I was told it would be $168 for the diagnostic but it would be credited towards repair on the MFD. I was charged the $168 and did not receive a printout of the results. All I received was the printout of the mechanic's recommendations. I highly doubt the diagnostic was even done because all that was written is the MFD wasn't working. I had already told them that it wasn't working. I wanted the diagnostic done to see if we could pinpoint the problem. The recommendation was to send out the MFD for repair which would be over $2000 and we would be without the vehicle for almost 2 weeks. I have the feeling the repair would turn into a replacement which would cost even more. I have since found a mechanic I know I can trust, and I will be able to get a FREE diagnostic from them. My husband and I will never again do business with Findlay.

Waiting on my car to be looked over. As I am waiting in the waiting area I hear an employees obnoxious taste in music loud enough. Why does management allow this to happen. If people want to hear music I am pretty confident they would not be coming to Toyota Service Center. It might be better to have no music than bad music.

Toyota Findlay is probably the worst customer service provider. I bought tires for my car and it cost me over 1,000 dollars. I also bought tires for a second car at the same time which cost 950 dollars. Paid upfront and was given a time of 10 am on Friday. Dropped it off at 945 am and took shuttle ride to work. I was told it would be ready in 4 hours. I returned to service dept at 3pm and then told it would take another hour or longer. I was told they were behind because they were busy. I'm sorry but if you were that busy You should have told me sooner and would of chosen not to leave it then and rescheduled. Instead I was left sitting there. I had job Two to be at start time 4pm and had to call out. Poor time management on their part. They could care less that I just spent 2,000 on tires. Take your car elsewhere.

I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forrester used from Findlay Toyota in Prescott AZ. I also purchased an almost $5000 extended warranty from them. They said this was able to be used at any Toyota or Subaru dealership. Today I found my car with a check engine light on. I called Toyota and tried to make an appointment with them to use my warrantee. They informed me that I should go to Subaru instead since they didn't know if they could read the error codes on the Subaru and they would be better able to handle service. I went to Toyota and expressed dismay that they would sell me a $27,000 used Toyota with a $5,000 extended warrantee, which they now do not want to stand behind. This is not a Subaru problem , it's a TOYOTA problem. I will be taking my Subaru to Subaru but they will have to navigate this awful warrantee situation. Subaru says their extended warrantees are used at any dealership for cars they sell. Why not Toyota?

Just purchased a 2023 forerunner. From the minute we walked in the door and we met Alan (Hoov)it was a great experience. he was easy ,no pressure and let me test drive a car that I wanted but we decided to wait on it and then decided to go back the next morning , trade my car in and it was so easy. Then we saw Paulie the finance guy. He was fun and it was easy and fast and not one bad experience from the time we got there u til we left. I have never had a salesman take so much time to sit in the car before we left to explain and go through the dash and everything. He even synced and programmed my phone to dash! This is where I'll come back and use it for service as well. I highly recommend this place and I love my new car!

Rodney was AWESOME. I went in with questions. Rodney was able to answer all of my questions. It felt like I was talking to an old friend-not a salesman. If you are looking for a salesman that cares, come to Findlay and see Rodney! He made sure I loved the car before I bought it! Thanks Rodney! Go Cubs!
