3+ hours for an oil change that was to include topping off fluids—they didn’t do that nor reset our maintenance program. We paid over $80.00. Findlay lost our business.

They were amazing! Salesmen were great - Derio listened to what I wanted and explained the options in stock of used vehicles and took me on a test drive- Albert finished with me the next day and Derio had filled him in, Pauly was great with financing- I feel I got a great deal with a great car!

We dealt with Jason, Carlos, Mike and Fred. Everyone was wonderful. They treated us like we were their only customer. They answered our question and helped us like an old friend. We were from out of town here looking for a home when our brakes went out. We have always owned a Toyota in our 59 years of marriage. This Toyota is by far the best. Well you guys did what you were obliged to do. But I have to drive an hour to get to you and when I arrive I’m told an appointment doesn’t mean squat. A one hour fix took two hours. Another hour to drive back home. Why do you even make me make an appointment? The appointment time is immediately disregarded and I’m told it will take a lot longer. What kind of an operation do you have going there? I have to say I never use Findlay Toyota because this happens every time I have to use you.
Thank you for doing what you had to do. No thank you for always screwing me around.
