We were looking for a specific model/color combination Santa Fe Hybrid and could not find one in Las Vegas. We made a call to Findlay in Prescott and spoke with Zach and within two days he not only found the vehicle that we wanted, he and our son- in-law negotiated a deal that was equitable to both parties. We drove to Prescott and within an hour of arriving the transaction was completed! It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Zach and Kyle were awesome to work with, we highly recommend this dealership.

We drove in from Vegas to buy a hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe from Zach for my parents. My husband considers car purchase deals his favorite extreme sport (we’ve purchased roughly 30 in the last decade) and we were very impressed with the professionalism and fair deal from this dealership. This was the best deal given to us from multiple dealerships in Utah, California and Nevada. We drove in and they had almost all of the deal done so there was no 8 hour extravaganza sitting in a dealership. They also didn’t try and pile on a bunch of BS extras which I love. Many of employees and friends all have Hyundais and we will be calling this dealership in the future. Thanks Zach!

Eric the salesman was knowledgeable and not throwing an overpowering sales pitch. He answered all questions or checked for answers.
Vehicle available fast and was prepped beautifully before delivery.
Nice to deal with a local business.
Other people we dealt with at the showroom, finance office and a talk with a service tech all gave a good impression of the dealership.

I just purchased a new 2025 Tucson Hybrid Limited at Findlay Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier. The car has everything you could ever want in a compact SUV and the ride is fantastic. Zach and the entire team made the whole process so easy and they gave me a great deal without trying to upsell me with any nonsense. One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had! Highly recommended!

Had such a great experience with my mother in law at Findlay Hyundai Prescott, we went back 6 days later and bought a brand new vehicle for ourselves. Cory was pleasant, informative and not pushy at all. The entire experience was excellent, which is why when we decided to buy for ourselves, we drove back over from Yuma!

Honestly, We weren’t looking for a Hyundai, but our friends told us about the car that they’re looking at and my husband and I were looking to upgrade my Toyota so out of curiosity we went to Hyundai. And I’m so glad we did! We had the best experience shopping at Hyundai, our sales guy was Cory and he was awesome! He was patient understanding he listened to our wants and needs. He let us go at our pace. He was informative and knowledgeable of all the vehicles we test drove. Cory found us the best vehicle ever met all my expectations and then some and I’m so happy with the deal we got, I would highly recommend Hyundai to my friends.

Add: I did call the Service Manager and received an apology with no solution. I am sorry I bought my car there.

Prescott Findlay Hyundai provided outstanding customer service, totally knowledgeable sales staff ie Dustin, willingness to find the exact vehicle I wanted in a non pushy setting. I researched many various car makers, Cadillac, Nissan, Subaru, Jeep, Honda, Lincoln, Buick and test drove them all. I ultimately decided on a 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy for ratings, reviews, value, appearance and options!!!

We bought a car for my son and it had a full coverage extended warranty for him to cover any issues since he's in college. He's been in for a repair a few times with the car not starting. No resolution. Now they tell him the warranty is up. He believes them. I got the warranty info, it's a bumper to bumper policy and is available until 2029 or 100,000 miles. I even checked with my Hyundai dealer and they confirmed. He's been dealing with the "head guy" of the service department. They flat out lied to him. They don't like to do warranty work and will lie to you to get you out of there or blow you off enough times that you go elsewhere.

The buying experience and closing of the deal was great. From the sales to the finance guy they were very helpful and professional. I put 3 stars because there was a large disconnect when purchasing the extended warranty. What was being sold to me and what was documented in my contract were two different things. Quickly going through signing paperwork I didn't realized I signed for one year less and noticed later when my son was going through the paperwork. I reached out the Jon the guy who wrapped up the paperwork and he was awesome. Owned it and talked with the warranty provider. 100% Jon is the man and went out of his way to follow back up. I signed and am stuck with the outcome. Let's slow down for others in the future and keep hiring people like Jon.

It took a few times but they got it done. Probably because it was a GM car that was to be repaired under a Hyundai service contract. But it’s all good now.

The software update to my car was done on time without any problems. I have had no problems driving the car since I picked it up.
