Beware - even though Fancy That has been one of my favorite stores since they were at Tatum and Shea - a long time in other words- I won't be back. They are not upfront with their store credit policy. I've spent thousands in that store over the years on furniture and what not. My husband bought me a xmas gift and was promptly returned for credit and the fine print - good only for 60 days - is so small nobody can read it unless it's under your nose. We are not in Prescott in the winter months so imagine my surprise when I wanted to go shopping on our return. Nope. You lost a good customer Sara.

I don't live close to Prescott but whenever I am visiting family, this cute boutique is the place I stop at every time!! The costumer service is always very helpful in making sure that I'm doing alright. The prices do tend to be very high but it is understandable since Fancy That is a small, local store with high quality products. I have so many friends who absolutely adore this store, we all highly recommend it to anyone who lives in Prescott or are just visiting.

Absolutely disgusted. We have visited this establishment in the past and spent quite a bit of money. I was very excited to visit this place for some new home pieces. Upon 5 min into browsing, we stumbled upon some very negative conversation that was not family supportive. Coincidentally we were shopping with our 6 year old. We were very uncomfortable and stated just that. It then turned argumentative and the sales lady who's name I was told is "Judy" decided to proceed to tell me how to handle my son! You can imagine, I did not take this well and confronted her. This woman should NOT work for your establishment! We will definitely spread the word within the Scottsdale area and beyond that this business is not family friendly and politically liberal impartial based off the inappropriate conversations we witnessed.

Buyer beware. You pay for a product you ,walk out of the store, you own it. I know this is Prescott but it is also the 21st century! I bought a pair of shoes $150 (Full price). I tried them in the store briefly. They seemed ok. I walked to my car across the street (20ft). The shoes felt very uncomfortable on the pavement. I immediately, went back to the store. The lady refused to take them back. I had, apparently, worn them. Really?? "Fancy that"! A store like this and its sevice/customer appreciation do not do justice to other stores in Prescott.

WARNING for out of town shoppers like me! I have shopped and purchased items at both the home goods store and their clothing store across the street. I have never seen nor been told about their return policy as I've never returned something until I purchased two jackets (and other items) yesterday late afternoon when I got to room and tried them on with good lighting and realized how boxy and big they were. I went to return them first thing this morning, never wore them, tags etc. When I paid out I paid with Apple Pay like many do, the Apple Pay station is behind the counter where the lady helping me had me pay out. No statement, no sign, no verbal declaration and no receipt ALL Apple Pay. Today I'm told I can only return them for store credit. I asked where the sign is as I stood at the Apple Pay station to put my card in, she pointed at the sign on other side of "cash register" that is blocked and the bar so accessorized you cannot pay there if you are buying items and have a wallet/purse... SO I never saw that and it was never mentioned or was I given a receipt... so... super disappointed in the very rude attitude of the employee and I will not be spending my money there any longer.
