With Brandon’s approval, my dog and my foster dog accompanied me, as repairs were expected to be completed quickly. We were treated with dignity and respect. Brandon even had a treat for the dogs!

A careless tech scratched the paint on my car door while squeezing inside while on a 2-post lift which prevents full opening of the doors. I called the owner and he denied everything without even seeing the damage. I'll never go back to this unethical shop.
The owner claims this is a bogus review. They didn't charge me for looking at the car, maybe because they KNEW they damaged it and didn't WANT a record in case this went to court. Brandon wrote the work order. I called and spoke to the owner Chris Caparatta, who said he didn't want to see the car because there's no way they did it. He would remember this call clearly. There's a nice modern building next door that is used to store the owner's car collection. I've got the right shop. Chris has a habit of claiming that bad reviews on here are bogus.

We had a great experience! I would recommend this shop to anyone. I just purchased a car from Carvana and Brandon went above and beyond for a week to get the repairs covered. It was a stressful situation and he would always keep me informed. I am very happy with the results and my Mini is running great! They have earned our business!

They were 80% sure that our steering rack was out and it would be 5200. Plus diagnostics which was another 200. End up taking to dealer and it was not rack just some part linked to steering. And no charge since under warranty

Our car is a 1995 Saab convertible and I could not find anyone that would work on it. E.A. Techs took it in, did a full inspection for me and charged a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company.
