We just brought home our 2013 Ford Flex that had damage on the front bumper driver's from a shopping cart, we also had black marks on our rear bumper that downtown paint/body buffed out at no charge when we xame to get an estimate for the damage on the front bumper. All body shops are only paid to repair and repaint damaged areas that were initially reported. The passenger side of my front bumper had some scratched areas as well. Downtown Paint/body repaired and repainted the whole bumper even though they are not paid by our insurance company to fix the whole bumper. I am very impressed with their work ethic, quality of work, and they completed the job in a timely manner. The work they did is guaranteed for life and that means a lot for a company to offer that long of a warranty. I would recommend them to everyone that needs body work done. Most customers are familiar with Beals body shop and I have now used both for body repairs. They both do fantastic work, very friendly employees, and they both do quality work.

I have used Downtown Auto Body to repair my vehicle at the suggestion of my insurance company, and I couldn't have been more pleased at the moment we started business. They were pleasant to interact with; they were efficient with getting my quote and the parts needed, and they maintained the timeliness they gave me. Their work is excellent. Then, because of this, I used them a second time to have a friend's car repaired.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. They put my car together the same day they took it it. Especially when the other body shops declined to do the job when I ordered my own parts. I will return as I have more work for them to do. They are the best place in town. You will not be sorry. They are very fair in pricing an estimate for their work. I will return my car needs more work at a little later date. Beautiful

I was in my first collision and was in shock from the whole situation. Was on the phone with insurance for almost an hour. The tow provider was able to make it to me within 15 minutes and got my car loaded up within 10. Coming from someone who works with the towing industry, I was very pleased with their work! Absolutely flawless service. I had some paint damage to my rear bumper that I was hoping to get fixed. Despite it being right after Thanksgiving and very busy, my car was ready for pickup within 4 days. It’s completely impossible to detect that the bumper had ever been damaged; the paint blends perfectly with the rest of the body. My car was even returned to me fully detailed. Highly recommended!

Heard good things about Downtown Paint and Body and after our 2005 Jeep Liberty got dented up by a hail storm, I got a couple estimates and chose Downtown on their reputation and the fact that their estimate wasn't rejected and the 18 year old car, that looks nearly new, wasn't totaled.Danny, Wyatt and the crew did a magnificent job. The vehicle looks as good as it did BEFORE the hail storm and was finished AHEAD of the promised time. Everyone was pleasant, informative and competent. Hopefully I won't need repairs again but if I do, Downtown is my choice! Have already recommended them to others.Service: Body & Trim

Wow... What a fantastic auto body repair shop. Danny the owner, and Wyatt in the front office, kept us informed from start to finish of the repairs on our Chevy HHR. When we picked up the car we could not believe our eyes. It was as if it came off the showroom floor. They detailed the inside and outside...it looked brand new! We got into our very first accident. Our insurance company gave us the option to pick what shop to use. After doing some research, it was no-brainer that Downtown Paint & Body would be our first choice. Danny was beyond helpful, supportive, and did everything to make this unpleasant circumstance a quick seamless process for us. They fixed everything to perfection to the point that our SUV actually looked better than it had prior to the accident. I have been in the automotive business 50 years + Brendan is very customer service oriented and does all his work as if it was his own vehicle, I had a ding in my vintage Harley several PDR people looked at it and no one wanted to even attempt it!
