This was our first time patronizing a Discount Tire store and it will likely be our last. Of all the tire shops we called for estimates for four new tires for our 5th wheel, they quoted the most reasonable price. They did indeed hold to their estimate... but our favorable experience ended there. When we made our appointment at the Prescott, AZ shop, we were assured that they serviced 40' 5th wheels "all the time". Well, once we pulled in, it was impossible for us to turn around with our trailer or even get our rig to the the service bay in the back. We were forced to back out onto the busy road, holding up traffic in the process. They did redeem themselves somewhat by sending us over to the Prescott Valley, AZ shop, where there was plenty of room for us to get our trailer in and out. And they got right to it without any wait time at all.
This review was originally 3 stars. I dinged them another star when I discovered (after the fact) that the work was not completed according to our request. We had asked them to replace the original, 8-year-old spare tire with the practically new left rear tire, which had been on the trailer only 7 months and had less than 5,000 miles on it. Although that was clearly documented in writing on the work order, the spare tire was never touched. I didn't discover this until almost a week later. We should have checked before leaving the shop. ? Lesson learned!!!

Got 6 new tires from this shop for my Dodge 3500, unfortunately had a little mishap the day after with an inside dually tire. I was 200 miles away at this point but Harrison got it all worked out and got a new tire sent to a shop where I'm going to be in California..great service, great team. Would definitely recommend this discount tire if you are out on the road or local. Thanks!

Service, timeliness, and professionalism was outstanding. I came in to get a puncture plugged and I felt like I was treated like a VIP by Eli who did a great job. The icing on the cake was they charged me nothing. I'll definitely be back, thank you!

Best tire shop around, service is excellent along with the selection of tires available. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will get you in and out quickly. Make an appointment and speed up the process. On the down side my tires were a lot more than what o could have purchased at Costco for the same tire. The Costco price includes mounting, balancing and replacement insurance. All these now cost extra at Discount Tire which adds up quickly. I use my truck to haul our travel trailer and Discount Tire has more locations. If I were just driving locally and not hauling a trailer I would have gone to Costco. You get what you pay for but I will reconsider with my next purchase of tires.

We like the service and the guarantees. We had made an appointment over the phone, but when we got to the store, we weren't on the schedule. They took care of us anyway.

Absolutely disappointed with my service...they rushed to get done and they sheered my studd off my tire and told me there's nothing they can do about it after spending over $300 dollars on tires. This isn't right to do to people this isn't the first time this has happened. Please beware when taking your vehicle there. They do not value your vehicles like you do.

Great service decent prices. was taken in right away without an appt but I know they can get busy so I got lucky. They put 2 new tires on my car pretty quickly. I'd go back again.
