I have visited a lot of bigger Targets in bigger cities and this one is more organized and clean than most! Also, the Target app is the best and easiest app to purchase. It's amazing! The pick up service is also incredible and always faster than I expect!”

Today, I went to Walmart off RT#69 in Prescott. I was greeted by Larry of Walmart Automotive Service. From the moment I met Larry until I was notified that my vehicle was ready, I had a terrific experience!
Not only was Larry more than helpful to me, the other employees there were just as nice and caring in the treatment I received.
A few months ago, at the suggestion of a friend, I had gone to this Walmart for an oil change and received the same great, caring service.
Both experiences I had were not only handled by employees who care, but, also very important to me, Walmart's prices were extremely low compared to other places I checked price-wise.
Bluntly, I've learned very quickly to go to Walmart @ Rt#69 for my vehicle needs....again, terrific experience.

“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.

“Only wish was if there was someone by dressing rooms. People take so much stuff in there and take up to 30 mins long. Along with people going in and out with parents handing them stuff while a whole line is waiting. Last time it took 10-20 mins just to try on one dress.”

“Ummm it's a parking lot of a shopping center. It was late at night I stopped to clean my windshield because wipers don't last more than a month in AZ summer sun. Everything was closed but the lot was clean... Yeah that's about it.”

“I have always had good luck with Penney's. I have been buying spring & fall tops for the last few years online. The prices and quality are good and shipping is fast and efficient. Also bought some shoes and that was also a good experience. Do not understand the poor ratings. Like the store as well although they used to carry much more inventory but the workers have always been pleasant.”

The sales associate, Hannah, was so helpful, professional, kind and was so sincere on making sure I got shoes I'd be comfortable in, look great, and would help my feet. Truly a gem for Dillard's. Then, Ali in cosmetics did a fantastic job correcting my makeup use and helped me get just the right shades. She was so kind and truly cared how I felt. I left the store feeling so good that I had totally forgot about hating shopping.”
