This room and property were great! I was so excited when I checked in that I'd given this motel a try. The only reason they get 3 stars is that they (3 nite stay) NEVER serviced my room - I know holidays are busy and staff is tight - but had I received a warning or someone said, let us know if you need towels or anything as we are short staffed, I would have been fine with that. When I asked about it at check out the desk person said that it was a courtesy to have housekeeping (not a normal thing). I emailed the hotel, they gave me a small "courtesy" for my next stay of $25...I will go back and try again - i think.Consistency is king - hopefully they can get that sorted out.

The breakfast here was very good. Well made food and comfortable bed. Lacked some amenities but it did the job. That breakfast totally makes them a spot i would book again.

The room is nice and the property is great. There was a front desk lady with a horrible attitude and she was super sick. We got there at 12pm and she said we can absolutely not check in until 3pm. But then other staff came to replace her 2 hours later and let everyone check in.

I don't review much unless I am really impressed. I will say my stay here was great! From the location, to the clean room, and even the breakfast. I will definitely book here again and have already told my family and friends about this location.

Zero in customer service, I've stayed 8 times for one week each time. A total of 8 weeks for the past few months. Today I asked for a late check out of an hour and they denied me. I guess I will not be staying here next time.

We found this gem by accident yesterday driving in from Louisiana. We will always stay here when we are In town now. The rooms are very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable we've experienced in any hotel. We travel alot so it's important to find a hidden gem such as this.Safety: Very safe area, I felt very comfortable walking alone in the eveningFood & drinks: Their is food and drinks across the street, I believe there are two spots near each other across the street.

Stayed here once before and it was a great experience and the room looked as advertised. This second time I stayed recently they put us in an old run down room which looked nothing like the photos online. The tile in the bathroom was old, stained, and cracked. There were multiple damages to the walls and paint. The microwave , fridge, and coffee maker were all in the actual bathroom. Furniture and tv were old and outdated. And the ac was so loud, it would wake us up every time it kicked on.

A Days Inn isn't a 4 seasons, so it's certainly not a luxury resort. The room was small but adequate, bed was comfy, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room, ice machine close by. Nice location in the pine trees out of the town center but less than two miles from Prescott's courthouse square/ whiskey row area. Very helpful staff, free full breakfast. Certainly worth the very reasonable rate, about $150 with taxes.

I paid $136 dollars for a room. The night we arrived the same room was slightly less than $100. I travel frequently and have never had a deluxe room mean remodeled. At other hotels it usually means a nicer chair or couch in the room. Our room was pretty gross, not well painted or maintained while the deluxe rooms are the ones advertised all over the place. Definitely not worth what we paid for it and it most definitely shouldn’t have as high of stars as it does online. Feels like there generating some sort of fake reviews. That being said the woman who checked us in was nice and very kind! Her hospitality is the reason I gave it two stars

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's nestled in the trees and we stayed in a "superior room" which was nicely renovated and looked like new. It was impressive for being a Days Inn. I was a little skeptical after looking at the outside of the hotel but the room made up for it. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Will stay here again when I visit Prescott.

We had an excellent stay here in Prescott, Arizona. The staff are caring and attentive. The rooms are clean and fully stocked. The beds are so soft and we had the best nights sleep. We had the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a motel with a beautiful view inside or outside to eat. Coffee was available all day long. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was clean, the bed was just right and I loved the pillows. The gal at the front desk let us check in a bit early which was great after a plane ride and driving. I was amazed that there were a bunch of options for breakfast. Staff were nice and courteous. All around great stay for my 2 nights.

Our room was great and staff was wonderful. They accommodated my needs due a hip injury. Although there were no rooms available on the first floor, they put me in a room right at the top of the stairs so no extra walking. The young man at the front desk during breakfast was fantastic. He kept all the food fresh and full We would recommend this hotel to anyone!!Rooms: Soooo comfortable and very clean!! I loved the extra “rain” shower headNoteworthy details: Set on the edge of the forest so it was absolutely beautiful

When we were searching for a motel, we noted this particular one was only two and a half stars. We like the franchise so we took a chance.I have no idea why it has such a low rating but it's totally undeserved. The place was quiet and serene. It was clean and maintained.Free breakfast was from 6-10am and it was hot, and had a nice variety to choose from. The only two draw backs were parking availability which was limited and it's a few minutes to downtown and events but it's not bad at all. We got used to driving around the hills the few days we were there.Overall, I would definitely recommend this motel, especially if you want to get away from downtown.Rooms: The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. It was a typical motel with the usual amenities.Free breakfast was a nice perk, and there was a wading pool of you wanted to cool down or send the kids to let off energy.
