OMG, Steven from Dash Hound saved me today. I drove my little dog to our usual walking area, got out, and confidently locked Zaria Zoomington in the car WITH the keys. A frantic call to Prescott Lock and Safe was answered by a wonderful lady who told me to call Steven, said he was local, and that he would come to me and open the car. I called, Steven answered, and said "I WILL BE RIGHT THERE". I texted the address to him, he arrived within ten minutes, and had the car open in less than two minutes. He was wonderful in every way, reassuring, professional, and just outstanding. The price for arriving within ten minutes of my call and opening my car up professionally and with no damage at ALL, was extremely reasonable and totally worth it.
I HIGHLY recommend Steven from Dash Hound Towing. I don't know what I would have done today, other than use a rock to break a car window. Steven is a tremendous resource to our community. PLEASE don't hesitate to call him. Steven will save the day.

Got stuck when I slid into a snow drift on Wolf Creek Rd. He came out quickly and we were pulled out in less than an hour since we got stuck. Pricing was fair, they were very quick and helpful!

I started going to 'All about second hand 'parking lot about 6 months ago to buy and remake things to donate to charities as well as for myself. I decided to offer the owner Elise help (no charge) as it was obvious she could use a hand The second day I offered (no charge) help my car broke down. I called her to ask if I could hire her husband to tow my car coming from helping her at 'All about second hand'shop their second business, where they get free estate sale leftovers and they sell them for profit. I was profoundly saddened when I heard her husband in the background using the 'F' word saying that he wasn't doing anything for free! I assured her, that I wasn't asking for anything for free. This is the person that I had spoken to at length about Biblical values and how disappointed I was after having moved to Prescott, that it was not at all the welcoming "Christian" value community I had hoped for.Her husband continued on to tell on himself as to the kind of "Christian" that he was. I'm not going to to go pick her up! He yelled I've got to go here there and blah blah blah in a hour and a half! I could hear everything and he could have cared a less. He was cursing and yelling abd wining, like a petulent child. After his wife had just got done telling him that I was a potential customer, this is how professional he cared to be. Long story short, I called another tow company, paid them $230 went to pick up the over $100 I had spent at 'All about second hand' thrift store, loaded it up and told the poor Elise, that it was sad that the kind of human being her husband was made it so that I would not be able to come back and that I would let others know how terrible her husband's behavior had shed light on his Christian values. I felt so embarrassed for her and how low her standards were for a man. She had shared the abuse she had suffered prior to this husband and called this husband her "angel". I honestly, feel pity for her and will pray that her husband reads this and for her sake, recognizes how nasty he sounded and how embarrassed she must have felt. The moral of this story, just because a man does not beat u, beating others up with his words, is verbal abuse not to mention to his beloved wife and beyond unprofessional!

My car broke down and other towing services were going to take 30 minutes to an hour to come help and cost over 100 dollars. Dash Hound Towing got to us within 5 minutes, only cost $68, looked at our car for us, recommended us to a fantastic car shop, and gave us a ride there. I would highly highly highly recommend Dash Hound Towing!

I couldn’t be more thankful this morning for and close of being hot out. A gentleman came and helped me get my keys out of my car that I was locked out of n it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t know what to do thank you so much. I give this place a 5 star they have really good hearts
