I Love dealing with the Pharmacy. Always helpful and Professional. But the Cashier dept. Is Brutal. You could stand at the checkout alone for an eternity. God forbid you use the Self Checkout and you need a flesh and blood person to complete the transaction. How many times does one have to listen to the self check out say help will be on its way soon..Personally I now just walk out and go to Walmart..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used my 40% off coupon to buy a bottle of Dolce & Gabbana perfume. I love it.

I work in healthcare. I have never had an issue with their service. A time frame is a time frame. Who shows up 10 minutes before they go on lunch? If they give a specific time add an hour before and a hour after. For the lady that shows up every week. Call corporate. There is something in their system they can’t fix. People are late, they are people. Give them a break. Or go get your drugs somewhere else! I get pissed for getting carded at self checkout for cough syrup is it their fault too?

The staff now is caring and very helpful, going out of their way to answer questions or have the pharmacist assist.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have always been treated well here. The pharmacist is very caring, helpful and has no problems answering my medication questions. I always go inside and have never used the car lane.

So I read the reviews but never had an issue on pharmacy end but Sam tonight tried to actually tell me he can’t type in my gift card numbers. LIE so I’d recommend don’t buy any gift cards from cvs but for factual purpose I am a GM at a big chain like CVS and news flash YOU CAN TYPE in the numbers he chose not too… just go to the willow creek CVS there’s a reason there busy and SAMS STIRE USNT

Nolan from the pharmacy was extremely rude when I asked a simple question and then hung up on me when I also had another question to ask. They need to train this guy to do better.

Pharmacy staff is very rude! Myself and my two kids showed up 10 minutes before “closing for lunch” for vaccinations and was turned away. Unacceptable! Does every one have to abandon the pharmacy for lunch? Very inconvenient. No more CVS for me . I'll get my prescriptions and vaccines elsewhere where they ane open and friendly too! Do better CVS!!!!
