The staff in store is not friendly. The Pharmacy staff is absolutely rude and have no customer service skills.
They are rude and mean to customers. Will in pharmacy has no business being in customer service.
They should all be retrained or replaced…pharmacy staff is incompetent with zero knowledge in helping customer.
I would suggest replaced with staff that cares about the customer satisfaction and delivering a good customer experience.
I will never step foot in that store again, very sad after 20 years that the last couple have been so horrible.

This is ridiculous. Come to the pharmacy drive thru at 8:25 when it opens at 8 and this is what I see. So unprofessional to not be open during business hours. ?

Not surprised to see all of the horrible reviews regarding the unpleasant pharmacy employees, especially after experiencing it first hand.There are better pharmacies around town with actual competent staff that don’t treat people like garbage just because they don’t feel like doing their basic job duties. Nobody deserves the blatant ignorance shown at this location.Thumb Butte Pharmacy is wonderful, fills prescriptions quickly and offers services.

Was at the pharmacy today and was met with a very unpleasant person by the name of Lydia. The time was 1:10. The person ahead of us had bought an item of grocery...all good. We went to get our prescription and had grape juice. She told us very rudley that she was to busy to ring up our grape juice as there was a line (one person) and she said she only had 15 minutes until her lunch and she had to much to do. We have been with Safeway for 25 yrs and have never been treated like this.

The person who answered didn’t say CVS Pharmacy just Hello with attitude. Wow I needed the Number for the main Pharmacy he put me on hold after saying he didn’t know if he had it! Come on ! Pharmacy staff sucks. All three gave me attitude no real answer to what was problem . Then shut down door and closed up so they could go get lunch. What BS.

I arrived 10 minutes ago for a 6:15 appointment for a covid 19 vaccine only to discover that they are triple booking 15 minutes spots! Unbelievable someone who had an appointment at 5:30 just wrapped up their appointment. There's a crowd sitting here and I'm only assuming what I was told over the phone was going to be a few minutes late is more like an hour. Really disappointing. My advice is go through the county community health center. I received my initial vaccines at Prescott yavapai county health department. And they do not triple book their appointments. If it wasn't for the holiday weekend I'd walk out
