Best store I've ever been to! I came in to switch my carrier and They got my bill to be lowered by $50! Using some Emergency Benefit I qualified for and got a real cool 5G Samsung In The Deal. Customer service was friendly and helped me lower y bill because they offered it to me otherwise I wouldn't have known I could do that. Really clean and organized store kept it very professional and comforting to be in.

So happy this store has come to Prescott! Love the girls over in Prescott Valley, but having this store here is so much closer for me and my family. The staff here is wonderful as well and I have enjoyed my experience every time I've walked in so far! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Went to cricket in P.v. and of course they didn't have the phone I wanted to buy. They sent me to the store in Prescott. Drove all the way there, 3:30 in the afternoon, lights on, doors locked!!! Called the number, busy signal. It is now 5:30, line is still busy!! Called P.V. store, told them Prescott store is locked. Her answer was maybe they stepped out for something to eat or something!! Unbelievable! Worst customer service ever!
