I went in about 2 days ago (while on a road trip) after having noticed a gash in one of my tires.
Bryant answered the phone and was SUPER helpful!! He patiently asked all the needed questions and allowed me to ask all my questions.
After getting off the phone, I arrived there around 4pm.
The crew of 4 other people (Jacob, David, and I didn't catch the name tags of the others) that helped me throughout the evening, checked my tire and then noticed 2 other tires had gashes or chunks of the tire missing!
Everything was explained and shown to me without me having to push for an explanation.
All the tires were still under warranty, so don't worry, don't think they were trying to sell me on anything.
By that time, the crew knew they would be working overtime. Even so, they were all still super thorough in their work. Instead of worrying about when they would clock out, they were more concerned about me having been waiting there for so long.
Thank you ALL for being so thorough and taking pride in your work! Strong work ethics like these guys, are hard to come by! GOOD JOB! KEEP IT UP!

Thank you so much to Bryan for checking my tires times when my dashboard light came on multiple times in a month. When it was proven that they're was nothing wrong with my tires each time, he assured me that my safety was his main concern and that I could come back anytime.I am so grateful to Costco Tire Center and Bryan for their care and excellent customer service!

I brought a tire in to be repaired. I took it off the truck because I had to work. I asked the guy to make me an appointment so I could have it put back on. I told him I have a slow leak in the rear tire, and the tire pressure sensors have never worked since I put it on them on the vehicle. The guy behind the counter when I returned to have the tire put on was condescending. I own a large painting company and I don’t think anyone should look down on someone because they have paint on their clothes. The guy in the garage said my truck was the next to go in. My wife was going to pick me up. I called her off because he said I should be about an hour. 30 min later my truck goes into the bay. The guy takes the wheels off the truck and goes to lunch. I figured he must have handed it off to someone. I waited and 40 minutes and went out to check. My truck is exactly like it was an hour and a half ago.Sincerely pissed!

The road hazard warranty ends up being a scam. And I waited over 4 hours. But the guy helping me ended up waiving the amount they were going to charge for the damage to my almost new tire based on the half of this day of my life spent in their ^$*$>= waiting room, so.... not all bad. That said, Discount Tire going forward.

Don't go to Costco Tire Center! They will cross-thread your lugnuts and blame you for breaking them!I was in the market for 4 tires and chose Costco because I believed they had great customer service. I learned that although the employees are friendly, the customer service is very much lacking. My decision to get my tires from Costco was weighed against our distance from Prescott, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Knowing what I know now, I would have chose a place that is only 30 minutes away, had slightly more expensive tires, but would have definitely covered the damages to my vehicle had they occurred.I am very diligent in my vehicle maintenance and I do most of my own maintenance. Unfortunately, I do not have a wheel balancer and must rely on a shop to get that task done. I also used to install and maintain tires for over 3 years when in college. We purchased our tires in November and by February we had reached 6000 miles. We we're unable to make it to Prescott due to the extreme weather. By spring our jobs kept us from getting to Prescott and only by June was I able to get our car into the shop. All of this was not without trying, due to the distance and quotes for a 3 hour wait for the service. With the drive time and wait, I must plan nearly 6 hours of my day to be committed to getting the tires serviced. Finally, when I made it to the shop in June, despite the 3 hour time quote, I was notified that 2 studs had broken and an additional 2 nuts were not coming off freely. I would like to note that I paid for a service when I bought my tires and I did not have anyone work on the vehicle. I was accused of taking my vehicle to another shop where the nuts were cross-threaded and thus Costco would not pay for the repairs. To add insult to injury, I still could not rotate and balance my tires, because Costco could not get my tires off.I spoke with the manager and they insisted that I would be taken care of, but had to fill out a claim. After completing the claim, I waited for a response, and got the studs replaced and the tires serviced. I also lost another stud when we finally took the vehicle into Subaru for service. In my experience I have seen vehicles come in with 1 stud that breaks, but 3!?When we were contacted by the claims agent, they again declined to cover the repairs, insisting that I must have taken my vehicle to a shop as over 10k miles had passed.Long story, I know. But, I regret getting my tires installed at Costco. The lack of customer service has us questioning whether we should keep our membership, it certainly does not have the luster it once had.

I went in on Wed 4/17/23 and ordered tires and payed for them. I made an appointment for 2:30 on Sat 4/22/23 to get them put on. I went in on Thurs 4/18/23 to tell them I needed to replace the sensors in the tires also and payed for them so they would have them on Sat. They already had my tires and they had the sensors so everything was good for my appointment. I showed up on Sat at 2:25 and gave them my keys and went out and sat where I could see my car. They were busy so it was 3:10 when my car was moved into a bay. They were busy so I get it, no problem. I just wanted to see them get the wheels off before I went in to shop. I shopped for an hour and bought about 260.00 worth of stuff we needed and went over and sat at a table by the tire center to wait for the call that my car was done. At 4:30 After watching two different people treat the guy behind the counter like crap for waiting 30 minutes longer than they were told I heard him say they were having trouble with a Mustang. I got up and said " what is the problem?" He said that they were having trouble getting one of my tires to set the bead. I smiled and said I used to do tires and I know it can be hard sometimes. At around 5:30 I tried to give the tech a pep talk and some hints. At 6:00 they told me they had to put my spare on my car and I would have to come back the next day and hopefully the new people could figure out how to get the tire to set the bead. I smiled and said I understood. So now it is Sun 4/23 and I get a call from the tire center and the guy laughs and says it took him 45 seconds to get the tire to set the bead. I tell him I will be able to come back about 2:30 so they can finish the job. He says to call when I'm on my way so they would be ready. I called 2 times before I left, no answer. They are busy, I get it. I get there and wait in line to give my keys to them. The guy behind the counter gave my keys to a tech and half way explained what had happened so I went out and watched the tech put my tire on and helped him put my spare back in my car. He wasn't told about the sensors so I had to tell him to mate them to the car or I would have had to go back for that. So when It was done I asked him to park it back In one of the spots so I could meet him inside to get my receipts. They acted like it was a big deal to give me a receipt with the date, mileage of my car and what they did. They never looked me in the eye, said they were sorry, nothing. I know that since covid it is hard to find people that give a crap but I was nothing but nice to all of these idiots and I will never but tires from them again even if I have to spend hundreds more. I will go to Discount Tire from now on.

Quoted 1.5 to 2h. Came back after 2 hours. Response I get is "oh, they haven't even pulled your car up. How much longer? I don't know. Could be longer." Ugh you guys SUCCCKKK sometimes. Make sure to give yourselves like 4-5 hours of your day if you want anything done to your tires. ?
