The new stylist ruined my hair. She razor blade cut it and chopped way too much off, even after showing her numerous pictures of the length I wanted and making it very clear several times what I didn’t want. Using the razor blade she grabbed my head and it physically hurt. I asked for her to use scissors instead. Mind you, I had hair length past my shoulders and wanted a cute bob that sat on top of my shoulders. Instead she gave me an undercut and an a line when I specifically asked her not to. But she continued with the razor method. I also said I don’t want the pineapple effect from the razor and she did it anyways. She would grab each chunk of hair and razor it. It felt like I was being subjected to some kind of torture. It was pretty painful and I was so embarrassed to say anything. Some people should not be allowed to do hair. This was the worst experience. I had been growing my hair and making it as healthy as possible for 3 years, and she absolutely ruined its integrity within a matter of minutes. All the good salon girls left. I now can see why. I’ll never go here again and want my money back. Also this is written by my wife - Kaylah and yes I’m in your system. I have never been more humiliated and I highly recommend in my opinion to look elsewhere for a haircut. I’ve been a client there for 3 years and will now be finding a new salon.

Trisha is a very experienced stylist who did an excellent layered bob on my hair the other day. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance, rather than a walk-in. The wait was only a few minutes after arriving.Service: Haircut

The salon was great and very clean. I booked an appointment online and was taken to the chair right on time. The stylist who cut my hair was friendly, thorough, and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it to be. I have gone here in the past and will always continue to go in the future.

Had to get my PERM re-done and she only comped it 1/2 off plus she added $15.00 for long hair. My hair doesn't touch my shoulders, and wasn't put on there the first time.She did do a good perm.

My friend went here yesterday to get her hair cut. She wanted her previous layers to blend together. But instead walked out with an uneven lopsided mullet and her bangs were cut very short. The manger did not even give her any sort of refund for it. Don’t go here…. They also talk badly about their clients if they go to the bathroom or when they leave.

My husband took my son to get a mohawk. He explicitly said not a faux 'hawk, but a mohawk. My son came out with a faux 'hawk.My son had long hair (4" or so) from previously having a mohawk, and instead of leaving the length on top it was cut to about an inch at the longest. I do not know how that is considered a mohawk.To make it worse when I called to let the lady know I was unhappy and that for us, it would have been helpful if she had clarified the length on the sides and the top since apparently requesting a "mohawk" is not clear enough to leave length at the top, she replied with, "maybe you should bring him next time, since you have a better idea of what you want" in a not nice voice.That's great advice for my family, although you have no idea why I COULDNT be there, but as a business, you need to figure out how to communicate with your customers effectively to achieve what they want. That's customer service and you just lost this customer with your poor service.
