We have been a Fruth client for 14 years (Computime previously). We became a maintenance client several years ago and it has been a game changer. Now, anyone in our company (in-house or remote) can open a ticket when there is an issue. We get prompt, courteous and professional service from Fruth. Steffan, Jerome, Will, Mike and Hector are practically family names around here! They care about keeping us up and running smoothly, whether it be servers, computers, copiers or security. We feel like a valued client. Thank you!

not bad service, I got no service at all (July 7, 2019) after 5 years as customer with no issues. I was turned away with the explanation that the business had changed its name and was just servicing business clients not the people of Prescott? If I own a business I would not support this action with my computer needs, what happens to your business when they decide to change again?

Very poor service. When I called them and introduced myself and then asked for the name of the person on the other end, he would not tell me at first. I asked him if he serviced HP printers and when I told him my model number he said he didn't know if they could service them. When I asked him who would know, he said the printer is too old and we don't service them. He did not seem very enthusiastic to help me. Too bad he did not want to do more to help me as I have other items in my computer consulting business office that need tending too.

Twice I brought computers to them, twice they tried to charge me extra on top of the invoice I originally signed. They wanted $85/hour to use a can of dust off on the inside of my pc. Said they would need to pull all of the components out and wipe them off with a cloth. It wasn't that dusty, really. These guys are determined to hit you in the pocket in any way that they can.

Wil at Computime saved us after we were stranded by a private "tech" after paying more than $500. Wil got us up and running promptly, and the few was very reasonable. We recommend Computine.

Then lied to me they do to try and sell me another computer they told me the processor fan was not replaceable and that I would have to buy another motherboard so I might as well buy a new computer I am on disability and cannot afford to spend that kind of money they expected me to spend and then when I went to pick up my old computer from them that they had made I found that they had not even taking the cover off if they had they would have found that when they installed the fan on the processor it was not installed correctly it was only being held on by one pen so the computer was overheating because the fan was not pulled up tight against the processor and then they tried to charge me $40 for diagnosis how could they have diagnosed something when they told me it overheated before they could pull into diagnosis mode they did not even bother to look in the can therefore if I could give them a - 5 stars I would they lied to me and I consider it as bad as stealing from me I will not ever use them again nor do I suggest anyone else use them

Great friendly service. My OS died on my Chromebook, out of warranty and Asus wanted $330 to fix.......Computime repaired and installed new OS for $75 flat fee. I brought it in on a Friday and it was done Monday, fast service. I had tried to install OS twice and failed, so this was great that the tech was able to do it.
