My husband found Comfort Mobility online and called and told them thathe needed a lift for his scooter for travel. He was happy with the answers so we went into the store. Everyone wanted to help and we ended up getting a lift, a scooter, and a ramp for the front door. The installation of the lift was great, went out of their way to make it work perfectly for us. Now we can have the freedom to get out together and enjoy life. If you have special needs this is the place to go.

We had a great experience withDiane and Glenn. They not only helped us find what we came to buy but shared helpful information on other products. The store is STOCKED with medical items that we didn't even know existed to help 100% disabled persons like my husband. Unlike another store in Sun City which made us feel like an interruption, Diane seemed like she enjoyed teaching us how various products could make our life easier. We spent over an hour after making our purchase, just browsing and looking, and were made welcome the whole time. They are worth more than just 5 STARS.....Gordon & Bobbie Mills.

The people at this store are beyond helpful and kind. My sister in law had a stroke and they assisted us with every thing we needed with genuine caring and compassion. They go the extra mile to help one out. A special shout out to Diane, Joe, the nice man with the gray hair.

What a friendly, helpful crew! Our mobility scooter was making a clicking noise. They immediately got to the bottom of it, and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes!We recommend them wholeheartedly!

The owner is very knowledgeable and takes time with customers. The staff is patient and kind! They do not rush you or try to upsale your purchase. They're are all very helpful and each have a special skill set. They give you information and options and allows you time to think about them

Great service from my initial phone call inquiry to hands on at the store. Diane was extremely helpful and patient, as my 95 year old dad and I contemplated options from compression gloves to socks to a new lightweight walker/wheelchair (already making a difference is ease of navigating the house). She even took the time and effort to help us better understand how to adjust his existing walker, which will remain as back up. Thanks for your friendly and knowledgable customer service!

Appoinment time was fit to my needs as i travel far. every one was courterous and friendly. Management was very helpfful and excedded my needs upove and beyond what was expected. The crew made me feel good including me in typical convesation as my stay there was over a long period of time. The work was accomplished in the set time and fit my needs. I would reccomened this Company to all i know and even to others that I dont know. The type of service is aimed to help a group of people that need to be treated like real people and with fairness and equality.
