I spoke with Redd the Circle K Coffee Machine Technician and he is one of the Smartest Individuals Working at Circle K I think I have ever Met and if I were Circle K upper Management I would give him a Raise.

This location is always understaffed which leads to all kinds of service issues. It's a great location so maybe circle k can sell to QT? At least that way I'd have reliable fuel service and Dr. Pepper that didn't taste like garbage.

Amber at the Circle K on Willow Creek across from YRMC-West (hospital) is truly an irreplaceable asset to not only the Circle K but to our community. Being across from the hospital she has developed the gift of sensing when someone has experienced loss… she intuitively knew that I would benefit greatly from a simple, friendly hug… she politely asked if she could give me a hug (awesome boundaries) after we briefly chatted while I poured my cherry slushy.
She did all of this while multi-tasking at an expert’s level… continuing to greet and serve every customer in the store!

I went in this morning to get my coffee like always however this time I spoke with a manager at least she said she was. She was the short chunky lady. I asked her why I wasn't getting my 6th cup of coffee free, I use my rewards number and I should be getting a free cup ever 3rd day being I buy 2-3 cups a day. She said they aren't honoring that any longer so I asked why she signs are still up everywhere and she said she doesn't control the app. I asked her if she was the manager again and she got very upset. I said this is false advertisement and the signs need to come down and she said they will remove them. I told her I'll be back to check tomorrow. She told me to leave lmao. I see the so called owner only responds to positive feed back. You owe me 6 cups of coffee at least and I expect to get them.

Soda dispenser and froster machines are often not working. No one seems to know how fix anything. At various times the kitchen has also been down and the refrigerated section for sandwiches has also not been working. This is disappointing for a relatively new store.

The cashier was trying to steal my cash back and then told me he wasn't going to give it to me when I said I was going to call the police. He also was extremely rude when I told them they should pay more attention because a customer had been standing at the counter for at least 3 to 5 mins. Which is what supposedly caused him to not want to give me my cash back. Then when I did call the police he was all like "your money is on the counter". Never will return to this circle k. Rudest employees, including the manager, that I have ever dealt with.

They are very racist & rude only check non white ppl ID. Wouldn't sell smokes cause I wouldn't let him carry my ID these are 2 different times. I'll be corporate I give them -10

Clean and friendly environment, the people that I meet there are nice, the stuff I get is always top notch and it's great if you want to get something quick, or you're just taking your time you can do either or. I'm there just about every time I get off work before I head home. Also, with the Circle K App, you can scan your Mobile ID, you can get discounts (rarely, but it does happen), and coupons for stuff there. Very nice place. The staff members are very friendly from when you walk in the door all the way to when you leave the store. Great job, Circle K. Keep up the work, I'll just keep coming back if it remains like that.

This is our go-to convenience store in Prescott! Anyone who lives around here knows that not all Circle K’s are created equal but this location is always well-stocked and clean. The staff is super friendly and there’s plenty of well-lit parking and gas stalls. Most importantly, the slushie/icee machines are always working and usually have 6-8 different flavor choices. We live closer to a different Circle K but prefer driving a few more minutes to have a guaranteed great experience. Easy 5/5 stars

Very rude managers being peaceful outside drinking coffee and stuff we bought inside they like to kick us off property and being rude one blonde woman says she's a manager he needs to go somewhere else for people can be rude

They just need to clean the outside maybe degrease the parking lot and hose off where the 2 tables on the side.

Very rude blonde woman. Didn't want to be bothered with ringing us up. Forced us to self checkout. We wanted lotto, said go to the machine. Terrible service. Won't be back. Learn how to be friendly.
