“This is my favorite car wash in Prescott. But this morning I used my card for the first time because I had no cash. I think I did an eight minute car wash and then I looked at my mobile bank app and it showed $10 charged to my card (it did say pending). So when I calculated how much time I washed my car versus the charge, I was a little bit taken back. I contacted the number listed for the car wash and an actual person answered! The person who I assume was the owner explained to me that the bank automatically places a hold on $10 and then within 24 hours it will adjust to the actual amount of the car wash. I would imagine that if you did a lot longer car wash than mine that maybe it would hold a different base amount. Anyway, the person was super nice. I will continue to go to this car wash. Hopefully somebody will read my review when they see a charge similar to mine and not call the owner for at least 24 to 48 hours for it to self adjust (or write a bad review!) If it doesn’t adjust then make the call!”

“I have done the drive to Vegas several times. This was the first time I stopped at the Shell station. We've all been at that convenience store in the little Junction in the middle of nowhere. Typically, not always clean and the staff not always very friendly. Absolutely not the case here. The store, the bathrooms, the parking lot were spotless. The staff at the register greeted me with a smile. Overall a great experience when I wasn't expecting very much.”
