“I use these folks about every 4-6 weeks and have been for some time now. They are hard working and I have not had any issues with them. The cars are clean, well maintained and the rental fast and easy. Due to MY mistake I missed the pickup time of my car by quite abit and the owner of the franchise took care of me with no issues.”

“I’ve been renting for years from both Avis locations the mall & airport both locations have very great customer service, I always get clean vehicles & I’ve never had an issue on the road & I rent very frequently. This is important to me because sometimes I rent passenger vans to drive teams to event out of state & I’ve never had a mechanical issue or safety problem. Andrea at the mall is great & Mike over at the airport is too they always go above & beyond.”
“Mike and John have both Avis locations. One at the Prescott airport and other Prescott down town. I have been using the airport locations it is closest to my home. Anyway these guys are great. I've been treated like family (extremely well). If your in need for a car look them up. You will not regret it.”
