For what they charge per month the service is not very reliable. I find myself using my cellphone hotspot for internet more often for service.

We have dealt with Bolt in our rural area for almost ten years. Service has been reliable, economical and all-around excellent. Our latest service call to change equipment was quick and the technician Noah was courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience.

This company is becoming a joke. They had great service up until a few months ago. They notified us that they would be working on the antennas and that our service would be down for a few hours and whatever they changed has ruined their Internet service. Every few minutes I get a lag spike that completely freezes my game, show or whatever I'm doing for a few seconds. I've asked multiple employees what was done to the antennas and I get a different answer every time so they either don't know or they don't want to tell the truth. I was working with Sam everyday for a couple weeks trying to get my service working properly again when he just quit calling me back and working on it. After a few more weeks I called them back angry this time and Sam told me my best option is probably to find a different company cause he doesn't think they'll be able to fix it and he doesn't want to lead me on. Then he says next time I should call sooner instead of waiting til it becomes a problem like I hadn't been talking to him about it for weeks before he just ghosted me. This happened right after I referred my brother to the company and he had to deal with similar service from the appointment setter and the installer that showed up. The service has been a joke from every division of this company lately and I will be cancelling my service as soon as I find a decent alternative

Bolt is the fourth ISP I have used in this area and they have consistently provided the most reliable Internet access and outstanding customer service.

Absolutely the worst provider you could pay for. Do not waste your time or money. You’ve been warned. The employees know next to nothing about internet, or technology. It was like talking to a 6 year old. Their service is spotty and inconsistent. When I had an opportunity to speak with a supervisor, they were as knowledgeable as a door knob. Stay far, far away from this company. A complete nightmare.

This internet is so god awful. We pay 100 a month to get a download speed of 60kpbs. This is the worst internet you could get. I do not recommend. Over the course of 2 years of us having this internet, we have never once got the speed that we paid for.

Currently internet down. Called for info and they are not communicating. No outage reports, no updates, nothing. If this happens regularly with no communication, I'll have to explore other options for service.

I do NOT recommend Bolt Internet Service. Their service is "Out of Service" far too often. Today it has been "Out of Service" for 24 hours and counting. When you call them to report a problem, all you get is a recording. If you leave messages, they do not get back to you with an update. I pay $150 per month, and they can't provide a good reliable product, and there is no customer service to go to for help or to report a problem. Robert Freeman Prescott AZ

My experience with Bolt internet was positive from start to finish. They arrived as promised. The technician was also very professional and thoroughly tested the system before she left. I would recommend Bolt to anyone living in the rural areas of Prescott, where conventional internet is not available. They are way better than Hughes Net or Viasat.

I pay $150 a month for 15mbps. That is insane, especially since Bolt doesn't have their service up for half a day almost once a week. I suggest looking into providers before moving into the *****/******** area because Bolt is a monopoly.

Slowest Internet I have ever seen in my life it can barely run netflis Ellie Redd Netflix in Amazon prime on my TV yeah it is fairly expensive also

This company is amazing! Personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable!After several run around with other companies my technician Nick what is a breath of fresh air! My Internet is now super fast….. being in a more rural area it was super important for me! Highly recommend this company!!!
