Took a bank of America check to bank ofAmerica, cost me $8 to cash it. Merica

Switching to Chase, only one bank of America in Prescott and it's in the valley, I can't waste 2 hours every time I need to due banking, and the service is terrible.

When are you going to start serving your customers with at least a few hours a week at this branch ??? Been a customer for over twenty years but not much longer at this rate !!!
