“I have been looking for a Tucson hybrid for over a year and a half waiting my time to pick my spot I came across Zack , my sales advisor who went out of his way to help me organize my down payment he ran numbers in his head so that I understood the consequences of my actions to , he went to Ben the general manager of the dealership and explain to him how I was obtaining my down payment by selling stock and incurring capital gains at that point then made a decision to offer me manufacturer's cash so that I would it would help lessen the blow of the capital gains taxes I would have to pay helping me get into the comfort zone so that I could sign the contract , then also was able to allow me various options on the vehicle that were added on to close the deal Zach and others told me I got a great deal I got the best deal they were aware of I feel with my trade in I got a fair and Equitable deal they gave me the car I asked for they took my trade in and gave me a fair price not a great price for the trade in it was a fair and Equitable deal and they went the extra mile to put me in the comfort zone so that I was willing to sign the contract on a 43,000 car”

“We just brought home our 2013 Ford Flex that had damage on the front bumper driver's from a shopping cart, we also had black marks on our rear bumper that downtown paint/body buffed out at no charge when we xame to get an estimate for the damage on the front bumper. All body shops are only paid to repair and repaint damaged areas that were initially reported. The passenger side of my front bumper had some scratched areas as well. Downtown Paint/body repaired and repainted the whole bumper even though they are not paid by our insurance company to fix the whole bumper. I am very impressed with their work ethic, quality of work, and they completed the job in a timely manner. The work they did is guaranteed for life and that means a lot for a company to offer that long of a warranty. I would recommend them to everyone that needs body work done. Most customers are familiar with Beals body shop and I have now used both for body repairs. They both do fantastic work, very friendly employees, and they both do quality work.

“Three. Stars because I had to come back. However, I want to say that Dion one of the service technicians went above and beyond for me. He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today. “The quality of the work was great, although an issue with my windshield washer fluid was mentioned, and they said the took care of it, which was not true. The issue was unresolved when I picked up the vehicle. That being said, the repair work was great, but I'm not sure why the secretary would say another issue was taken care of when it was in fact not.”
