If I could leave 10+ stars I would. I cannot say enough good things about Audio Plus and Gary plus others that are there when you need them. I know I live out some from Prescott, however, they make it work for us. They can also do remote work on My Control 4 system, and that makes it very nice. He came out today and did all sorts of work for us. He checked everything to make sure it worked correctly before he left also. On time, and if not they keep in close contact, Rare for a company isn' t it? Thank you shout outs to Gary and all his employees.

Audio Plus gave us the best in security and media design and install. The lines were all marked so that any other professional needing to access, had a clear path. The wires were all discreetly taken care of, so that the finished product was neatly finished out. The quality of the products used were designed around what our specific needs were. We were listened to and everything was set up for our ease of operating. The technicians were so knowledgeable and careful in their work.We are thrilled with the way it all came together. Thank you

First, I would like to say that Nate, a well informed tech who set up our system, was simply fantastic. He was extremely thorough and set up our entire system, explaining everything he did. Then, I had an issue with sound and contacted Gary, the owner of audio plus. He was very patient and walked me through the process. He got everything to work with a simple phone call. Audio Plus is an outstanding provider of electronic design, materials and impeccable customer service. When we began building our new home, I spoke with owner Gary Hounslow regarding some pre-wiring matters and knew he was the person with whom we wanted to do business. When construction was complete, we contacted him and he exceeded our expectations in designing the entertainment systems for our entire home, carefully explaining all aspects of the proposal. Upon our approval, the design was implemented and we were fortunate to have amazing, detailed oriented and perfectionist installers in Todd Goodban, Brent Simonson and Nate Hinez. Every person with whom we dealt was knowledgeable, professional, personable and extremely patient in explaining the system to homeowners who are not technologically savvy. They also provide follow up services to ensure everything is working as it should be. We are delighted with the results and have even added some additional components. We give Audio Plus our highest recommendation.

My wife and I just had a house built in Prescott AZ and hired Audio Plus to install six televisions, surround sound bars and a complete security system inside and out. Our first day we met with Gary at the shop and he made us feel very welcomed. Gary sat down with us, listened to my wife and I to see exactly what we were looking for and explained our options within our price range. Upon installation, Nate and his crew were punctual on the appointment times and completed OUTSTANDING work! Everything turned out far better than I expected. Absolutely no wires showing anywhere. Televisions perfectly mounted and my sound bars look like they are floating beneath the televisions. I honestly cannot say enough about the quality of work they did. Nate and his crew ( sorry I can’t remember everyones name) really take pride in their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Audio Plus, I won’t go anywhere else.

Brent came to our home to help with Roku set up & bad speaker. After he left the TV would just shut off & Roku was not right. The second time he tried to fix these issues & promised to send us estimate for two new surround sound speakers, which never happened. After paying over $300.00 for his services, we still don't have speakers, and there is an echo in the sound system that wasn't there before. Also, the headsets he hooked up, only one works. We really liked Brent, he seemed very knowledgeable, but we still have issues. Help!!!Ok, so I get a chance to make amends with Gary & Brent. Since my criticism of these fine gentlemen, I am here to tell you, all is good with me in the audio world, & their quick action resolved the issue as of this writing. I think Audio Plus is a reputable company & stands behind their work. I would not hesitate to call Audio Plus in the future.Thank you Gary & Brent.?

If there was a sixth star I would rate Audio Plus that good. Gary and Brent have gone above and beyond my expectations. They installed a complete audio and video system in our home. As sometimes happens everything did not work as planned. I was a bit apprehensive that they would not stay with me until everything was resolved. To say the least, not only did they "stay with it", but both of them spent hours testing and resolving all of the issues. We have been so pleased that I have recommended them to several of our neighbors. Great company and they do what they say they are going to do. Scott M

Excellent service and communication from the get-go. Gary was my initial contact and was great in helping me understand various "low-voltage" options I had for my new home build--ultimately arriving at a point where I was more than satisfied with what I decided to have them install.Once moved in, we had a few of his employees come by for a service call. Both Dayson and Zack were extremely friendly, polite, and respectful. On each of their calls, they identified the issues, and quickly resolved them. It was evident to me, that they were knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and they surely cared a lot about doing the job right (rather than a quick fix or take any short cuts). Zack took it above and beyond, and was very patient with the many questions I had about setting up the network. Although this wasn't the original purpose of his call, he still took the time to help me get my internet modem, router, and switch, set up to they way I wanted it to.Moving in from out of state was stressful enough. And having genuinely good, honest, and hard working people service your home, only makes me feel that much more relieved.A sincere THANK YOU from a very happy customer. You can expect that Audio Plus will help me build out my entertainment system in the weeks/months to come.

I had a new tv installed along with a new C4 controller, Brent overcame several programming issues that were left over from an original Safeguard install, he was patient and was sure everything was right and working, we appreciate his efforts the the support from AudioPlus.

Even though we had contract worked performed on behalf of a builder here in Prescott, I just wanted to say that Todd did an excellent job. Was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make the repairs required. 5 star experience start to finish.

Brent from Audio Plus came out to my home to help me set up my television, international remote, and miscellaneous tech issues. He was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Super amazing! My problems were simple to him. He is creative, and a genius with technological issues. I highly recommend him.

This is the business to do your business with. They stand by their committments. Today, Nate came by to do a soundbar installation when the originally scheduled technician could not make it. No questions, just friendly top shelf service. They have installed all of my home electronic equipment and will continue to get all of my business and referrals to friends.

Got home theater? Look no further and go to these guys for your Audio Visual needs. Nate and John were my installers and they did a fantastic job. Installed was a home theater system in the living room with a 77" OLED, 47" OLED in the den, and a 65" LCD master bedroom. The patio is also a pre-wired for speakers later on down the road. Nate is meticulous in his install and pays particular attention to the finer details of his work. His work is clean, perfect and a "can do" attitude and cheerfulness really makes Audio Plus a cut above others and their latest computer programming for remote fine-tuning gets me a fast a diagnosis and quick help. Nate is always there for me and he's my go-to guy should I have an issue and just yesterday he dropped by to check my audio/camera doorbell and made an adjustment plus he updated all my equipment while he was here. Gary the owner is a fair and generous man with his company, my soundbar for the home theater was to be delayed so Gary upgraded my soundbar at no cost! Now that's a business I respect an admirer! Job well done Audio Plus. It is a pleasure to work with you guys here at my home. A 5 star company!! As a retired Firefighter and Retired military I salute you . Thank you again.

Gary and his staff make it so easy to upgrade and modernize your home. They make things easy to understand and walk you through so it's not so overwhelming. Tech is not intimidating with AudioPlus.
