American towing is great! Jim, the tow mechanic was so attentive and professional, he took the extra time to make sure my truck got to the mechanic safe, it was a little tricky! But he had years of experience under his belt and it showed. I will always use American towing. Locally owned business. ?

Though having to call a tow truck is never a ideal situation, Tom and Josh with American Towing made the process extremely painless. Truck broke down outside of Williams, did not have to wait longer then expected for the tow truck to arrive and he had no issues finding us. I was not able to return back to town with the driver to unload the truck, but he left the truck and my keys EXACTLY where i asked him to. Very happy with the service provided by American Towing. I hope to never need to be towed again but if i do, American Towing is the only company im calling.Service: Long distance hauling

We don't complain, or call companies to complain but this was the last straw with this driver. I would never call this company to help us in any situation with the way they put themselves and other drivers in danger and this is not the 1st time we have been around him while driving home. The fact that I had my child in the car and he proceeded to speed around the roundabout in a tow truck, throw disrespectful hand gestures at us and decided it was a good idea to speed up on us maybe 2 feet from my small car, for no reason at all. From the sound of it he's always having road rage yet he's still working for the same company
