I picked up my CPAP machine, the representative was very efficient and thorough and helpful. she told me I could call anytime and get help if I had a problem. well I had a huge problem that first night and I called and they were closed for four days in a row and I wasn't told that it would be closed for 4 days in a row when I was there the night before so I called the emergency number that is supposed to get someone on call to call back -that never happened -no call- totally ignored me and I've been stuck with figuring it out on my own for four days because if I don't use the machine it won't be paid for -thanks a lot!don't expect a callback on the emergency number- you will have to figure it out on your own.

I called 7 local providers that were listed on my insurance to inquire about overnight oxygen (on a short-term basis due to surgery). Two of them had such long telephone hold times, I gave up on them. As it looked like it might be difficult to get insurance coverage, I inquired about both insurance and self-pay requirements with those I reached.Kathy at Prescott-Alliance was truly outstanding compared to the rest. She was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, and Alliance's service was more prompt and cost effective than any of the other providers with whom I spoke. Luckily, it ended up getting approved by my insurance, and once approved, I actually had same-day delivery. Arthur, who delivered the equipment, was also very kind and helpful. He emphasized that if I had any questions or problems to please call, as there's help 24 hours a day. So, if you are in need of medical equipment or supplies, I highly recommend Alliance Homecare!

Goofs, takes too long no one knows what's happening at this dump. You are guaranteed rudeness and delays once you get to billing then she will be condescending then she'll say "I've spoken with you about this" then you want to say what is your fing problem biotch

Marshall shomake was here today to check our machine and bring supplies plus do a few things and EXPLAIN many things about the machine no one i almost 2 years took time to inform us of. All things we did not know. We think employees like him are in a million for you to be proud of. So reward him with a raise. He of course, knows nithing of this review. I will hope you give him that raise.

The folks here are always super nice professional and Aloha friendly. The place is always spotless and the products are great. I mostly deal with em via phone so barely go in person but it's always great. I highly recommend them. I just wish their corporate didn't have a thumb on them. They used to always provide a Cpap strap each time but Medicare only covers it every other time no such luck now. But I guess local management gave a better break to the customers than the upper management.

I was in there yesterday to help my father with his new insurance and to purchase a new battery for his oxygen unit.Emily in the front was very helpful. I have had to speak with her many times prior to yesterday and every time I talked with her and her coworker, they are always kind helpful and follow up was on point.The manager, Joe was very helpful with my father’s battery exchange and new purchase. The other gentleman that was there also showed my father feature on the battery that he did not know about threeHe went out of his way for him.!I am very happy that my father has these wonderful people to help him when I’m not around! Thank you!

Got my CPAP from Carol, couldn't have been a better experience. She was thorough, answered all of my questions, shared her own thoughts from her own experience with her device, took all the time I needed to be comfortable with an uncomfortable new thing. Carol listened to my preferences with the "pillows" vs. "cushion", etc. I've been using it for a month, settled into it quickly thanks to Carol helping me manage my expectations. Recommend 100%.

We had an excellent experience with Alliance Homecare. Three days before Thanksgiving, we were scrambling to find an oxygen provider for an out of state visitor, and Alliance came through for us, completing all of the authorization and delivering everything within 36 hours. Kathy at Alliance was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. We will definitely use them again when needed.
