I went here to turn in my 20 dollar winning scratcher and the blond lady working behind the counter only gave me 19 bucks! I didn't see a sign posted anywhere saying that they were going to cheat you out of your winnings! Not cool

Thought the rule was no shoes , no shirt no service especially during the Covid pandemic. Just watched a group of small kids repeatedly kick the door with their bare feet and run in and out of the store several times - again with bare feet. Kids were hanging off the shelves and running around inside . Shameful.

I called there store to ask what it took to become a member with them and they told me ...but it is really loud at where i work So i asked them again to just make sure i had all the paperwork i needed and they just hungup on me ...this is the store in prescott valley ....the worst service ive come across in a very long... read full comment
