Went here first week of January, 2025. This location is taped off, with a handwritten sign (not visible from the street and blown over on its side by the wind) stating that the location is closed until further notice.

Packages would have easily fit in my be box, instead I had to spend an hour driving to get them. Got home they didn't give me two of them. Always bad service. They should deliver to our homes.

This US Post office in Prescott Valley is currently under renovation. You can't enter the building due to construction. However, they do have a window where you can get service. They gave me very good advice and service today. An unwanted package from a company came to our place yesterday and I didn't want to get charged for it. I asked him how much this would cost to send it back. I explained the circumstance and the postal worker told me that I can send it back without any cost for me. He then put a stamp of "Refused" on it and that company that tried to get $220 from us, for a product that we didn't order, they will have to pay for the return postage. Thanks to this office for great help for me. Enjoy your new renovations when they are completed. I believe that Luke was the postal worker who assisted me.

I absolutely love my post office-Prescott Valley annex on 2nd Street! Sam and Luke always go out of their way to get my packages on time. They really do go above and beyond to get all my packages! I love my mail ladies also! They get me my mail on time if they can (it’s usually another post office that is at fault lol) and don’t stuff my things in my mailbox and will go out of the way to bring them to my door. I get a lot of packages from Mercari, TikTok, and other stores I buy from and they always handle them with care and get them to me as fast as possible. Thank you so much for all you do!!! ?❤️?? I have to say the people that are making bad reviews are most likely impatient and not understanding, but would want someone to be patient and understanding to them when life happens. Please remember that life happens and it’s probably not even our post office at fault. ?❤️☺️

I made an appointment online to apply for four passports. For some reason my appointment did not go through to this post office location, even though I verified it. The staff here was more than understanding and was still able to help me apply for the passports. Thank you!

In the past, approximately 5 years ago, this post office was in desperate need of customer service repair. The employee chosen to answer the window acted like they could go postal on you for picking up your mail. Not nice!
As of recently when going to pick up mail I’ve had nothing but kind, respectful employees that greet with a smile and wish me a good day as I prepare to leave.
A HUGE thank you to the USPS employees that care about your customers picking up our mail. Your kindness and hard work is very much appreciated!

Makes you wait outside in rain and slow, no one can help, people who can already has gone home for the day and will have to call tomorrow, don't come here

This location is a small one and under construction. There is a small front office that can accommodate 4 people so if they get more than 4 it would be difficult to help everyone promptly but every time I have visited I just had to push the button and a nice lady pokes her head out. I give her my slip for mail that can’t fit in my mailbox or needed a signature and she disappears back in hole, a little funny if you look at it, and shortly she pops back out and hands me my package with a friendly smile and have a good day. I think the other people who rate this location poorly are the cause of the problem with impatience

Guess we'll have to join the 1 star party - UPS and Amazon transfer packages to USPS which USPS should not allow because they don't have the infrastructure for it - in 2 days we got 6 "Sorry We MIssed You" slips which is a lie - we were home, the problem is inadequate package lockers in our area - been in PV for 2 months and have never had problems with package delivery like we have now!

This place absolutely sucks! I ordered designer shoes straight from the website paying $1,300 for the shoes with 2 day shipping. I was told they couldn’t deliver my package and it was sent back. When I reached out I was told they were never returned back.

I have had to pick up packages a number of times since moving to PV two months ago. Only one time did I have a wait of maybe 5 or 10 minutes. They have always been friendly.
