Excellent MacBook Repair Service!
I recently had my MacBook repaired, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. My MacBook had a damaged screen and a battery issue, and I was worried it would take a long time to fix. However, Frida was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem! ??

I have an Asus GTX gaming laptop that I took here early March for an internet module replacement, they even told me it was a specific type and they pointed it out. I come back a month later and they told me it took 2 weeks to get the part and it was the wrong part.
Now for my Samsung, I have brought this device here multiple occasions and I've never been told that I have ribbon cables that have been cut, I had to find that out doing my own battery replacement when they price gouge me $110 for a $10 battery. My phone brand new is $60.

The problem was made worse. I went in to get a cracked screen fixed come out with a phone that does not work, screen is worse than when I went in. I left feeling like your tech did not know what he was doing. When I called the insurance company, I found out they marked it fixed when it WAS NOT. So, lying to get your commission or paycheck is horrible especially if you want to keep customers.

After 2 weeks of no updates I had to contact them to ask what was up. Turns out they had to order parts for my tablets. Communication isn't great, but the staff is friendly and helpful when you're in the store.
