Was in there tonight with my friend and my 8 & 10 year old. My daughters asked if the could go look at the toys. About a minute later they come running back telling me that weren’t aloud to look at the toys. An employee told them they needed to be with their parents. I walked up to the employee to see if there was a problem. She said it was TJ Maxx store policy that kids needed to be with parents at all times. I asked is this something that is posted on the door? She stated yes you want me to get a manager. I found another employee and she was completely unaware of this store policy. I then went back to the employee and told that if it was a store policy all employees should knew this and asked for a manager who then told me it’s not store policy. The employee then tried to change her story that she was just telling the kids for their safety they should be with their parents. During all this my children were within eye view of me and obviously vice versa. The employee tried to change what really was said and the manger told her Billie it’s fine just let it go and go back to what you were doing. Now if the employee was nicer and told my children or myself she was doing out of concern ok cool no problem but to insist it was store policy and it was posted at the door is ridiculous. I would have appreciated the truth over a lie and then another to save her lie to the manager.

Awesome prices! The Jewlery prices are unbelievable. Got my grandson a bracelet here for 19.99. The exact same one at JCP priced for 84.00! Yes!

This is a good store not as cheap as ross but still good a lot of choices in quality as as food and some drink options id recommend this establishment to anyone

One of my wife’s favorite places to shop! They have pretty good pricing on electronics, clothing, shoes. Their variety of men, clothes and shoes is not very good. The toys all look half broken or missing things. This place can be good to find inexpensive quality shampoo and deodorant. I’d say overall it’s pretty average! They really need help on their check out experience. It leaves a lot.
