We have had tires switched when we bought new vehicles at no charge. Even had trailer tires balanced at no charge when they came with the trailer.”
“We went here today to schedule an appointment after another place (down the street) was only able to perform a safety inspection and oil change.($$$$) Lissa met us at the counter and expertly handled all the details and got us on the schedule.. Paul listened in and asked to look at our vehicle. The short review is Paul and Jesus fixed the car in the parking lot and didn't charge a dime. “My 2003 Chevy Silverado had a Low Engine Power message last Sunday. I barely made it home. It wasn’t the battery so called Pearson’s. Bryan and I discussed the symptoms and he was able to get my truck in on Tuesday. After diagnostics the problem was figured out. Estimate was in the ballpark of what I surmised. I was told probably be ready by Thursday, Wednesday afternoon Micky the office lady called to tell me my truck was ready. Quite pleased. P/U truck this morning. It’s running great with plenty of power. Pearson’s now is my go to for truck repair”

“I’ve bought used tires here multiple times for my Cadillac SRX and both sets were pretty great in my experience. $60 each both times, and the first set were like new, second set was a bit more used but that’s just the game we play buying used tires. I have bought two NEW tires for my car from Costco for $600, which is simply not an option for myself and most of us, much of the time. Next best option is good quality, gently used tires at a fraction of the cost. They also got my new used tires installed that day within an hour or two, both times. What’s to complain about?”
