They did a great job of taking care of my Honda. 1000 they put a new steering knuckle on and replaced a fuel pump. Absolutely. Free for the recall. Real nice people down-to-earth. Recommend to go by atv off of them. They have a big showroom and a nice a lot of nice units there. They go out in the desert and have a lot of fun

I have a 2020 razor pro xp4 ultimate that the clutch came apart in they were very helpful with getting Polaris to help with the repairs and got my rig back on the trail in a very timely fashion I'm very thankful for their help and attentive to details would definitely recommend them to friends and family if they had any small engine vehicles that needed attention

Bought a new to me africa twin from them the other day. Eric was the sales agent responsible for helping me out and he did a fantastic job making things clear and to the point with me. Same can be said for the financing agent assisting me, Hailey.
When I first laid eyes on the bike in person, it was sitting in a storage shed covered in dust due to nobody purchasing it for a long time. After the deal was made they clean the bike up really nice and even made sure that I had a full tank of gas. I would also like to add that by the time I was about to leave it had gotten dark outside and the tinted visor on my helmet wasn't exactly a safe form of eye protection for the road. We were able to catch the sales manger as he was leaving and asked to see if he had any old safety glasses I could use for the ride back to Wickenburg. To my suprise, he came out with a new set of clear riding goggles and told me that they were on the house and to have a safe trip home.

Sick dudes and dudets working there. Hopefully looking forward to conducting business with them later in the future.

Bought our 2nd, 3rd, 4th and recently 5th sxs from them. They always take really good care of us. Had a great time on one of their rides they put together. Wonderful people there all around who treat us like friends and family.

We were excited for our little Kawasaki bikes to ride around with the grandkids. We needed two bikes, they only had one of the kind we wanted. So they said they would offer the step up version same price. Wonderful, we take them.
We bought a bike at a competitor in Peoria couple years ago and got exactly what we were told we would pay for. No hidden fees. Our mistake for trusting these guys, it was starting to rain, had an hour drive home, so we hurried through paperwork. Come to find out they didn’t offer second bike at same price AND I we buy off the showroom, haul our own bikes home… and they make the buyer pay the
$1390 in freight for what? Getting the bikes to their showroom? Never mentioned.
Handling $990, what’s that? Putting oil in it?
Service contact $1798??
$2596 accessories??
Wow… unimpressed with the many hidden fees and empty promises from prescott az MotorSports.
It doubled in price with their fees. Then add the finance charge. Expected that 2500 but 7k in misc fees.
They called my husband a couple times yesterday. He asked them to call me. No call.
They called him again this morning asking it was all resolved. Ha! No… he asked you to call me, I have the paperwork. And you still haven’t called.

Go Az has taken care of us well.
We bought a 24 fxt 1000 mule ranch edition, and got caught up in the recall.
They made a messed up situation bearable, and made things right in a timely matter, especially considering it wasn't GO Az's fault but a kawasaki recall.
As soon as they got the recall parts, they installed them, and then went above and beyond and delivered my mule the same day the fix was done.

Great people and service. I want to add that more recently, I experienced a Smart Key problem with my new Goldwing (love it). I was at the Payson airport and the key was not working (I think there was electronic interference from the airport or aircraft) so I was locked out from my bike. Leon (the GM) provided detailed information so I could unlock my bike. He even offered to come and transport my bike to Prescott Valley if need be. Now that's a level of service that was beyond expectations and very much appreciated.

Between my wife and myself We've bought four motorcycles from these guys, and I've had multiple services for those bikes done here. They've always been super awesome and helpful in every regard. We're very lucky to have this business in our community. Knowledgeable, and friendly staff have guaranteed that when the time comes to buy another bike, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've never experienced a Motorcycle Store that was firing in perfect unison on ALL cylinders until visiting GOAZ in Prescott Valley!
Trey in the Sales Department was both highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful, sans any salesman type of vibe. His clear focus was to be of as much assistance as he could in facilitating the transaction to completion.
Abbey, the Sales Manager, was also extremely down-to-earth and friendly and very welcoming to my myriad of questions and requests. She is a true professional.
Lastly, Adam, the Service Manager, was also extremely professional and thorough. Like Trey and Abbey, he possesses exceptional communication skills and attitude.
In summary, this store has no equal at all! To have all three elements of the operation staffed by such high caliber individuals is an utterly refreshing and unusual experience! I've been buying motorcycles for well over 30 years, and this Team is without question, the cream of the crop. If you are remotely in the market for a new toy or need your current one serviced, this is the place to go. If you reside in the Prescott vicinity, then you know that you are already blessed, and if you are from the Phoenix area (like myself), the drive up here be well worth the time and effort. Ask for Trey!
