What a fun place to shop. They have very good clothing. Occasionally they have a Smart Girls super Seiyu where things are either 75% off or $3 each. That's why I say hi in the tub get even gorgeous blouse for three dollars and a necklace and earrings set for 75% off.

Smart Girls is wonderful! Terri, the owner, and the staff are incredible. They're all so friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The clothing offerings, jewelry, handbags, and shoes are top-notch and at such affordable prices. It's a win-win all the way around ... for customers, consigners, and for Smart Girls!

If you are a fan of the traditional shopping method, where people actually wait on you instead of wandering around trying to figure it all out? Then these ladies are where it's at.They even have a personal shopper appointments available ( small fee) for you to help you with your shopping experience. And even when you buy and outfit, they have tons of accessories to go with said outfit. LOVE IT HERE!!!

The selection of clothing which was pretty good deserves at least a 4 star rating. However, the customer service drops rating down to a 2 star. The employees advised us they would be closing so...20 minutes prior to their closing time. They then repeatedly said they were closing soon, while I was hurrying to try on 5-6 outfits. Even though I checked out before closing time, I felt they were being very rude to constantly remind me. They're lucky I even decided to purchase anything. Given a choice, I won't be back.

I've been shopping Smart Girls since it opened - it's always been my local fav resale. Resale is my fav way to shop -- I find work, play, party clothes.If you were blindfolded and dropped in the store - you would open your eyes and never know this was resale. It's organized beautifully and the staff is very helpful. Bonus they support a great local cause too!!!

lady was extremely rude, brought in brand new clothes with the tag and she scanned through them in 2 seconds and made a comment “they probably aren’t high end anyways” before she even looked at the clothes said the new clothes had a stain when it very obviously did not and the rest of the clothes in the store did not even look nice enough for her to be making comments like that she was overall very rude. and made other mean comments. Also waited 2 months for a appointment.

Resale as it “should” be. I have been a customer and consigner for 6 years (MOL). While I have occasionally been disappointed as a consignor (they are picky and rarely does the amount received seem ‘enough’; both of which I view as simply consignment reality), I have never been disappointed as a customer.

I find myself here almost every time I visit Prescott. Salespeople are feiendly and helpful. I have found many treasures at this store. Good quality clothing at a great price.

I would go shopping here all the time with my family. We would spend a minimum of $500 dollars a month, we were five girls.But we moved right when the business was sold to a new owner. We went recently went to check it out and ready to spend some money, but it was sad to not be greeted the way we used to be. We miss some people that used to work there, we became close to them, they were so welcoming and polite. The new owner doesn’t greet you. Another thing I noticed was that the shop only caters to mature women. The clothes is very matronly. I’m just disappointed to see the clothing is outdated. When as before my siblings and I would find something for everybody, we were ages 15 and up. This store needs to change its name to “smart women” instead of “smart girls”.

Smart Girls does bad business. Poor ethics and inept management. Very wishy washy. Said I had less stuff than I had, couldn't find it, put 2 dresses of mine TOGETHER on a rack that I had already searched while my back was turned as I was looking for my things on the other side of the store. They donated most of my stuff before my alotted time was up.Employees cleaned it up by telling the owner that they were afraid of me, when really they botched my whole contract, lost my stuff, and were completely dishonest. They don't even deserve the one star I had to choose to post this. The manager picked out all things for Junior's but the store caters to mature women. Probably should get a job at Taco Bell. UPDATE: Every single comment that came from someone who is unhappy with Smart Girls is VERY similar to mine . Despicable.
