The staff there were very nice and helped me with replicating it to the best of their abilities and it turned out better than I could ever hope for. The women were very helpful and gave me condolences for my loss. It's hard for me to do these things based on who it's for and the staff made it easier for me. Thank you very much.”

“This US Post office in Prescott Valley is currently under renovation. You can't enter the building due to construction. However, they do have a window where you can get service. They gave me very good advice and service today. An unwanted package from a company came to our place yesterday and I didn't want to get charged for it. I asked him how much this would cost to send it back. I explained the circumstance and the postal worker told me that I can send it back without any cost for me. He then put a stamp of "Refused" on it and that company that tried to get $220 from us, for a product that we didn't order, they will have to pay for the return postage. Thanks to this office for great help for me. Enjoy your new renovations when they are completed. I believe that Luke was the postal worker who assisted me.”
