They used to have great clothes. Too crowded, and everything is not where it's supposed to be. Keep in mind, make sure that you look at the sizes, because a 10 is probably a 13, 14, or 15. Better off going to TJ Max. Cleaner and more convenient.

I always like to visit stores like Ross when I’m out of my normal area. I tend to find types of clothes that don’t make it to my local area. This was exactly the case, I found tons of styles that don’t make it to our stores. I was very happy with that aspect.
The horrible thing was going through the check out. I had a store manager looking at his employee over a clothes coat rack, as if hiding but trying to been, and just eyeing everything we were checking out with. The sassy bald store manager then asked for a copy of the receipt from his employee checking us out as if we had pulled some kind of trick and he was gonna flag our purchase over some franchise wide message board. I felt pretty disrespected and felt I needed to leave this review. I really try not to leave bad reviews as I own a business, but this was over the top to me. Could have been way worse, I just hope this manager changes his overt body language and sassy attitude.

There are 40 people in line to check out and only 2 cashier. Lots of staff working on stocking and the manager is in her office. Checking people out should be all hands on deck. But when I asked one of the staff she spoke to the manager and she said more staff were due to come in later. I'm leaving my basket full atthe door
