I love this place. It is the only furniture store I have been to where the salesman doesn’t follow me around the store. I absolutely hate it when they do that. I’d take any furniture ideas I have and bring them here.

Great selection, good quality and great prices. Sales person (William) is amazing. Super helpful and not pushy. We shopped around at the other stores in town and Pruitt’s has them all beat.

Pruitts is definitely a 5 star for their pricing alone. I found the same exact couch and love seat for literally half the price as another big name store. Disclaimer you are not finding furniture for what you could a decade ago but if you want to find the furniture cheaper this is the place. The warranty is based on the price of the furniture but is comparable to other big name stores. If you are just browsing the sales associates aren’t lurking around every corner making you feel uncomfortable trying to get you to buy the first thing you sit in. The give you your space and are available to answer questions. This will now be my first stop when looking at future. I would recommend to anyone who needs couches, recliners, sectionals, bedroom sets, entertainment centers or anything furniture related.

We didn’t end up buying here… However, the staff was friendly, not pushy and all of their items very comparable to other big box furniture outlets in the area. 115,000 sqft. of furniture… lol. It’s like a sea of options. Not necessarily top of the line stuff. But, affordable and very usable stuff! When we have the need again, we will come back to this place to look around.

Will never be buying from this place again. It is so poorly managed & the staff is forgetful and forgot to fill out my paperwork to get me my items after I had already paid for them & never called me to correct it, I had to reach out to them days after the expected arrival date. They then “lost” my item when I went to go pick it up just a few hours after they called me & told me it was ready for pick up. The manager was not helpful in the slightest and acted like this was standard practice.

We went looking for furniture after buying a new home. We tried two different places and luckily walked into Pruitts, where we found the same brands we saw at other places for much, much less! William was great in helping us select the furniture that fit our needs and style without hovering or pressuring us into something we didn't want. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips to consider when purchasing furniture. It was a very pleasant experience and kept us reasonably within our budget.

Terrible,sales people wouldn't even get up o show requested items,1000 purchase and they charge 150 dollars to deliver 2 miles away changed delivery times very very terrible customer service not like the pruitts in Phoenix
