Recently had my 2017 VW Jetta in for the second time for a rear bumper replacement due to getting hit by a concrete truck (first time I was in was because I nearly totaled my car by hitting a coyote). Pros Touch did a great job on my car both times. They stayed past closing to get me my car when I needed it too. I appreciate your service, thank you. Hopefully I won’t have to have my car repaired again, but if I do I know where I’m going.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Owner threatening us with lawyers because of their poor install they refuse to fix.First the install looked horrible so they ordered a new part that fit better. Then when they “fixed” the poorly fitting part the bumper was broken in a new area after a 6 hour drive on highways.They “fixed” bummer looks worse then the damaged bummer. Hell they don’t even have a real business email and use hotmail lol.They keep claiming we hit something even thought there is zero damage and two other shops said it was a bad install or bad part that they covered up long enough for us to leave town.Speak volumes that two other shops with real email addresses and non rundown shops both say they are wrong yet the owner insists we crashed it again the same day we picked it up yet some how left no damage.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Robert is one shady dude that does not stand behind his work.

Ruben, Renee, and Robert are the best in the business. These guys are always there to take care of me with anything I need regarding paint and body work. Took my truck in for them to repair after an accident, and I was absolutely blown away when I went to pick it up. They definitely went above and beyond painting the entire side of my truck and my front bumper. The cherry on top was they did a full interior detail for me as well. These guys did a fantastic job on our car, and they made the entire ordeal painless. They worked directly with the insurance and stayed on schedule. All we had to do was pick up the car when it was done. I highly recommend this shop. I think you'll be very pleased.
