I've been a member here for 4 years. It used to be fantastic and easily deserved a 5-star rating. Unfortunately though, I have to close our accounts and go elsewhere for 2 very important reasons. 1) They are not open on Saturday. I work during their exact business hours. So if you have a full-time job, good luck doing any business here. 2) Use a mobile app everyone says... Sure... I used to do that before they stopped supporting my android OS version. My phone is 4 years old, works perfectly well for EVERYTHING except OneAZCU's app. So now I cannot do simple things like make a deposit for the handful of times I need to deposit a check. Before that happened, their app was broken as I couldn't make any transfers using said app. That worked before but eventually broke like everything else. I went to their two ATMs a couple weeks ago and both of them were broken. They couldn't accept deposits. They only were there to take cash out. Being that I cannot get away from my job to get there, I have this check that I cannot deposit. OneAZCU is not convenient and not well maintained. Moving on to something from this century now.

Jasmin was amazing setting up my daughter’s first savings account! A wonderful banking experience is crucial for a young person to get excited about saving and Jasmin gave her that!! She was thorough and so kind! I’d highly recommend her for all banking needs but especially for that first time member experience.

We worked with Cassidy Staufer in updating a few of our accounts. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding bank products and made everything seamlessly. She was also one of the nicest bank employees I've met. Overall, great customer service!

Gabriela, at OneAZ was GREAT!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my father and I. She helped us open a savings account under difficult circumstances. She kept us informed by emails and the communication was so helpful! I would definitely recommend her as a personal banker. Thanks again Gabby!

I had and amazing experience with an auto loan with the OneAZ team! If you want to be treated well and taken care of Hannah Hasvold is the person to ask for! I needed a quick turn around on my documents and we were able to get the loan done in 2 hours!

There was a manager Danni that helped me in line. I was waiting for 15 minutes on a busy day and she asked me my reason for coming in and took me out of line to show me I could deposit at the atm. She was so helpful and sweet and I made it to brunch on time! I look forward to seeing her again.

Received a check from a customer from this bank for $50. They charged $5 to cash it as I’m not a member. Asked for a receipt of the transaction and got this in return. As a financial institution you would think and hope your book keeping is better than this, where is the actual proof of the transaction?

Terrible credit union. Not recommended for any reason. Typically bad service, not honest with their loan rates, hold money without cause for longer than any other bank. Overall just bad experiences here over the past two years consistently. Manger is rude and not willing to help and acts "bothered" if any of the other tellers ask her for help. Wish they had someone to actually complain to that would listen instead of brushing customers off.

When looking for a savings option, Cassidy Stauffer, gave some really great advice and information regarding the different types that OneAZ has to offer. Ultimately because of her knowledge and customer service we decided to open an account! 10/10 recommend! She was fabulous to deal with and had us on the schedule with a banker before we knew it! It's Friday 9/1/23. A holiday on Monday. Understaffed with only three tellers. Four windows closed. The line is literally out the door and into the parking lot. Saw the sign asking for feedback. You can work on doing better. Prescott Valley Branch
