Rude on a return inquiry. I understand that when I walked in she was with a customer, but she could have asked me to wait a minute. She just seemed bothered. I had purchased a mattress cover the week prior and it was not used, however I took it out of the package, and repackaged it. She wanted no part of my explanation, the pad was very expensive. I work in the retail industry and have owned a business, there were several other approaches she could have chosen but didn’t. I’ll be honest I was skeptical last week just talking to the sales guy anyway. Just from this experience alone I would never recommend this place at all.

Don’t ever go here. The lady inside is rude and does not show any attention. been in mattress sales a long time. I was number one Tempur sales person. Got in there three times and ask for a job.

I bought a mattress today from Ray at Mattress AmericaPrescott Valley. It was a good Serta mattress and the price was right. I had shopped at other mattress stores but came back to Ray because of the good service he provided. He was friendly, helpful, honest and caring. Ray definitely stood way above other workers at the different mattress stores I visited and his excellent service sealed the deal for me to buy at Mattress America. In this day and age it is difficult to find sales people like Ray who really care about helping you. He is a real asset the store.

We dont usually leave reviews but the experience we had here at mattress america was Great!!so figured id hop on her an acknowledge the top notch costumer service.We are a younger couple and dont always get helped out when we walk into these types of companies. Once we walked in Wendy instantly acknowledged us and helped us.She was very knowledgeable in what she was selling thats forsure. We were not looking to buy a mattress yet,just looking at our options but we ended up getting one that suited both my husband and myself. I would deffinetly recommend mattress america in prescott valley next to khols.an ask for Wendy!

Friendly service- no pushy sales tactics whatsoever! These folks really want to help you get the bed YOU want. From purchase to delivery and set up, everything went smoothly and exactly on the time frame they provided. This is the business to purchase all of your bedroom furniture!

They sell used mattress’s as new! Then won’t give your money back!!! Told me 3 weeks for delivery and when it showed up 2 days later I should have known better. The guys showed up to deliver the bed insisted on putting it in place so I could not see the nasty bottom. Was moving mattress a couple days later and notices all the stains on the bottom and tears. Called them and the owner being a coward won’t refund the purchase even after he said he would. Now I am left to file a lawsuit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Unless you want a used mattress at a new price! $1200 of used bed haha don’t go here! ??

Don’t waste your money my opinion go to another company I paid almost $1300 for a mattress that they sell online with free delivery only $550. This place is a scam!!! Don’t let any of the good reviews fool you!!! Wish I had done my research first!

I wish I didn’t have to leave them even one star!! Please don’t deal with these people. I bought a mattress from them and when it got to the house it was great until we looked at the bottom of it. The mattress was used and ripped when we asked for a refund they said NO!! I paid cash for the bed $1000 and they refuse to refund the money. Please be careful the person in the office is a puppet for the owner and pretty ignorant at that!! Please don’t buy anything from this company you will be sorry!!

I was sold a mattress that was allegedly “new” only to find out a short time later it was clearly used. It had all the markings on the bottom from being on a frame for a considerable amount of time. We were unable to see this upon delivery because the delivery/installation guys put the bed down for us. When trying to inform the company of the issue I was called a liar and that I had caused the damage myself. I was never given a refund, or even an apology, for giving this company over $1,200 for a gross old dirty mattress. I don’t believe they practice good business etiquette nor do they back the product that they sell on their floor. Not even a slight chance would I recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

They sold us a used mattress then when we called them out on it they said they would pick the mattress up and refund the money. They stopped returning my calls and never picked up mattress. I was left to file with states attorney general and better business department. Ridiculous and bad business!
