We just went to look at travel trailers, and we found the perfect one for us, Kayla was amazing and helped us through the entire process. This is our first travel trailer and it was a pleasurable experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Such kind and knowledgeable staff. We started in Phx and the sales person was more interested in us getting the right deal, so she knew of the RV we purchased in Prescott Valley. No concern on commission just serving us well.

The whole package here. Good people. Thanks to the competent, efficient, honest, and hard work of the staff here my wife and I took delivery of our first motorhome. These people are the whole package. Seriously.
Faye Jordan in sales was a pleasure to work with. She went the extra mile giving me all the info I needed, taking extra pictures, being very attentive, and doing what she said she would each and every time. We made a deal in less than three emails and three phone calls. When we arrived the sales manager Danny stopped what he was doing to spend time with us and to make sure we had what we needed. The Service Foreman George was on the ball fixing last minute issues, getting the machine ready, and giving us a generous in depth walkthrough, tips, and instructions. The Parts department was equally on their game getting us the hoses and stuff for our first night camping.

Super disappointed your gate is locked at 5:48 when you don’t close until 6pm, just arrived into town and needed help with melting surge protector. Guess I’ll be going to the other dealer in the morning.

My wife and I just received our new (and first) fifth wheel Cougar 29RLI, and to say we are happy would be an understatement to the process and to all the staff at Little Dealer Little Prices. Our sales representative, Kayla, was amazing and never grew tired of all our questions or wanting to look at other models. She kept us updated and informed throughout the entire journey. I don’t recall the Sales Manager’s name, but when it came time for us to make a decision on buying because of his transparency we knew we were receiving absolutely the best deal. Our finance manager, Shea, was also absolutely fantastic, especially since she was able to secure a better interest rate on our financing. Lastly, when it came time to complete our walk through the service department staff hit a home run! Each of the items we added on were fully installed expertly and we literally were given the “red carpet” treatment. Everyone at Little Dealer Little Prices, from the front to the back, were extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We want to thank each of them for making our dream come true and making the entire experience outstanding!

Wonderful experience Right when you walk in very friendly family oriented welcome from any staff member. Just bought a travel trailer from Kayla Inman she was awesome she asked us what we were looking for and how is it going to be used for.i highly recommend this place to anybody that is in the market for a recreational vehicle or travel trailer.

I purchased a new 2022 Keystone Hideout from another dealership in 2023. I needed warranty work done but did not want to take my trailer all the way back to that dealership. I searched Keystone's approved dealerships on their website and contacted this Little Dealer. I spoke with Chris and was able to schedule an appointment to bring it in for warranty work. Even though I didn't purchase the trailer from them, I was treated as though I did. Chris was honest from start to finish with how long the warranty process takes. He suggested cost effective solutions for some upgrades I wanted done at the same time. He kept in contact me every step of the way, and the price he quoted was the price I paid. George did an amazing job doing all of the warranty work and upgrades! I highly recommend this dealership and will only go to them from now on.

We recently purchased a 2021 R-POD 202 from LDLP and are extremely satisfied with our decision. However, what truly impressed us was the exceptional customer service provided by every staff member at LDLP. From the moment we mentioned that we were new to the RV world, we were treated like family, even before making a purchase.
When we finalized the purchase, LDLP went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. We received a thorough two-hour tour of our TT, with all our questions answered professionally. Danny, the General Manager, personally ensured that we were taken care of in every aspect.
What amazed us even more were the extra services provided to us at no cost. Like what you ask? 1. Changing the ball on our hitch that I had been unable to budge for 3 days. No charge! 2. Trimming around the front picture window because my wife said it would look better that way. No charge!! 3. This one was a huge savings for us. We went back to LDLP after 9 months and LDLP installed 2 new axles that Lippert warranteed but WOULD NOT install without a fee. No charge!!! Wow!!!
Every interaction with LDLP, especially with Danny, has been a pleasure. We are truly grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend LDLP to anyone in search of an RV. Thank you for everything! 5 Stars.
