Very positive experience. Set appointment online. Check-in at a kiosk that scanned the insurance and ID. Called to the desk to give them the lab order. My appointment was for 9:15, got called for the blood draw at 9:23. Tech was professional, pleasant and informative. Well done. Very efficient.

Great lab. It's efficient and well run. Phlebotomists are good and got me on the first try and I have small veins.
