I went in to buy 2 new batteries for my delivery truck. It was 10 minutes past opening time and the door was locked. I saw 2 guys talking behind the desk, they saw me but I had to knock loud before one of them came over and opened the door. One of the guys walked out with me and I told him that I needed 2 new batteries. He just looked at my battery and says "sorry we don't do that. Your cables are too corroded " ,and turned to go in. As I was walking away to leave he then asked me if I wanted to buy the batteries and put them in myself. We have purchased batteries from this shop 3 times over the years and have always had them installed at the shop. They even came to our warehouse ,brought us new batteries and took the old ones, in one occasion. I won't be going back there to get batteries ever again..

Jeff is an absolute gem. Love my Interstate Batteries, but this business is lucky to have Jeff working here. Thorough and goes above and beyond.

This year, 2021 we purchased batteries one car battery and 2 specialized batteries from the Interstate batteries team. My mobility scooter requires a medical deep cycle type batteries. Interstate Batteries had them in stock and got me back going again. Then my APC UPS required new batteries. Chad from Interstate had them in stock instead of a long delivery date and more expensive. My car battery died and my last Interstate Battery lasted over 5 years.Great selection of high quality batteries and knowledgeable staff.

Being conscientious about RV maintenance, we took our RV to Interstate Battery in Prescott Valley April 4th to check our house batteries. In the process, the technician managed to the spark the battery. Now our steps don’t work, the display panel flashes, and not sure what else has been affected. One free service from Interstate Battery is costing frustration and expensive repairs. BE WARNED.$225 later, lots of diagnosing, removed the bus/fuse that got fried . UGH
