We had a basic 2 queen room, which was not large, but was very clean. Also, after a week-long road trip vacation with two young kids, it was nice to have very comfortable beds and quality pillows! The free breakfast was more than enough, and my kids loved making their own waffles. The best part was definitely the pool. We spent several hours enjoying the pool & hot tub and had the place to ourselves. The entire pool area was very clean and stocked with towels. It was also nice to have a bathroom right there. The fire pit area outside looked very nice, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it this trip. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Prescott.Noteworthy details: Comfortable, clean room. Great pool for kids! Clean and fun. Also, excellent breakfast options.

Bathroom sink clogged, beds were hard, refrigerator is in the cabinet under the TV...we woke up to the carpet soaked. open the fridge, the entire inside was full of water. I took pictures as we did not want to be blamed for it. You can tell the cabinet had severe water damage, and it's been like that for a long time. so my complaint most likely will not be taken seriously. Just replacing the refrigerator will take care of the issue. I believe it just defrosted on its own as we did not use it. Room 208. When we left last Sunday, a blond girl was basically laying across the front desk. she was an employee. she looked very ruff and unhappy to be there. it was not a professional look when checking out. The staff were friendly when we checked in but little to be desired when we left. unfortunate. We won't be back.

The staff were friendly and the quality of the room was mostly fine, except it was incredibly noisy. A number of guests must have been checking out very early (4-5am) and the noises in the adjoining rooms, the hall, and even all of the trucks warming up outside made it impossible to stay asleep or fall back asleep. The temperature controls for the room also seemed to be all or none, with a warm but not hot/cold being possible.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The high ceiling makes the room appear grand. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a restful evening after a long day of driving. I need to make a reservation here very soon!

Nice rooms, Grrrrrrreat jacuzzi!!! Goooood coffee!!!Rooms: Clean and great tv!! Very nice accomodations for disability.Nearby activities: Soooo much,, movie theatre, game stop such as miniature golfing, arcade.Walkability: Grocery store, Baskin Robbins, etcFood & drinks: Lots of fast food, also IHop right across the street

I’m writing this review for my husband and well, myself too because we are just so incredibly grateful for the attentive staff. He stayed here Friday, November 3rd for one night only. Words cannot express our deep appreciation and gratitude for the staff who found his expensive hearing aids and charger. Not only did they find them, they kept them secure in a baggie with a couple notes making sure no other staff threw them away. He also wants to mention the rooms were very clean and felt very comfortable there for the night. Friendly staff and a small, but great breakfast. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU Hampton Inn staff. You all went above and beyond and we couldn’t think of anything better than to leave a fabulous, well-deserved review!Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Would return without hesitation.Noteworthy details: Trustworthy housekeeping and staff!
