There was zero pressure from Kris (owner), and she was very informative about the manufacturers, style options, and materials available for the living room items we sought. We left having placed an order, and we’re really looking forward to our new furniture arriving!”

“Great selection of affordable mattresses and furniture. The new owner, Kim, is the best! She is very helpful and friendly. Kim also owns Affordable Fine Furniture Outlet, which is relatively small but very close by and on the same street. We were so happy with our Ashley couch and recliner that we bought from Kim, so we went here for our mattress. We bought a bed-in-the-box Sierra Sleep mattress by Ashley. We decided on a hybrid 13" firm mattress with pillow top (king size for $799, which is cheaper than buying from Ashley directly). So much better than buying a mattress online since you can try everything out and compare easily. We took our time, and the Ashley mattresses felt as comfortable to us as higher-priced brands.”

“I saw some earlier reviews about bad service, so I don't know if they had a change of staff or management 8 months ago, but my experience was fantastic! Great selection and our salesman was helpful without being pushy. I'd also like to give due credit to the delivery guys. We live in the mountains and they had no problem getting our couches here! Great place, would absolutely go back.”

“Super incredible experience. From start to finish. On site in Prescott Valley with Darin who is incredible and his manager, Ben. And my first experience was on the website the night before and the website is wonderful functions very well. In every way I could think of and let me write into the store because I got the information I needed. Also, in the store I love that all the mattresses are standing up and racks that you guys can pull out and lay down for people to try. The store was very comfortable very welcoming, nice group of people in their shopping. Great customer service to them and to me so all of that it’s top-notch. I just sent off the name of the sales people and the PV location to friends of mine already doing the word of mouth. Thank you.”
