i would especially recommend Stephen Carbajal as an agent for anyone living in this area - Stephen knows the business, the systems and works for us to meet our requirements, both coverage wise as well as our financial situations - we now have both Homeowners and autos - that's an economic benefit as well. Stephen is a pleasure to work with, an easy going personality, a real family man and doesn't push to sell something we didn't need or want - he worked to provide the best coverage at the best cost, thanks Stephen.

Tried to put this review on the insurance website or at least put our complaint there but there is not an option to do so. Therefore will have to post more globally. Would be nice if a phone call was returned from yesterday as well. We have 3 policies with this agent that has recently changed hands. We have submitted a change of address to our summer home in Colorado to be sure to get updates, etc from Farmers. Yet mail continues to go to the AZ address. We have went in twice to have automatic payment set up. Yet, we still get bills in AZ and then at short notice an email that our 6 month policy was due and close to being cancelled. We were told we had to come into the office again to set up automatic payment. We drove 300 miles to do so. Called to make sure they were in and left a message for them to call back. Thier normal office hours are 8:30 to 5:30 M-F. Still no reply a day later. Once at their office a note was posted on the door that they closed early and would be back in the office at 8:30 tomorrow. 12:30 the following day and no apology call. Not sure why they could not leave a message on there phone system that they were closed early for the day.

It would be 5 stars if I was writing this last year. Our home is an average 3/2 built in 2015 and Vince and his team has been great. This year our home insurance nearly doubled and when i called I was told something about "fire lines" being re-drawn. Last year when it went up it was because our roof was getting older. After researching insurance, I think the underwriters in Zurich (yes Europe) are charging more money even for low risk customers. Please note that this review is not about the agency or the staff. They are great, and, perhaps I am only being asked much less than others are paying... but this fire line stuff... really. Many farmers Agents don't even get renewal bonuses so the business model needs some work. Pay for years on time and never have a claim, vanishing deductible is also a joke.

Very professional and courteous insurance agency. Customer service is top notch, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable from top to bottom. They react quickly to your needs and work hard to take care of their clients. Farmers products are very high in quality.
