Took my elderly Husky here, and was told I was getting an experienced groomer who'd take care with her. Only Mary who was one assigned knows what happened, but for some unknown reason shaved her down to her skin on her buttocks. Brought to attn of Mngr who seemed confused and concerned after reviewing pictures that I provided but never got back to me after saying she was going to speak with Mary.
Had to see 2 Vets following both of which were without words in regards to what happened. Had to see them due to dramatic fall off in my Huskys physicality. Had to have her euthanized yesterday, which was a couple days over a week from appt. Not definitive as to causation but my girl was going on walks and fine prior.
Think twice before taking your elderly dog here, as actions don't back up the words. Management reinforced the lack of sincerity and care.

These folks love animals and treat them well while getting all their grooming needs done. We have an anxious dog, and he is not afraid to go here!

I used to like taking my two small dogs here to get their nails cut but this time was absolutely ridiculous. We always call first instead of walking in because we know they get pretty busy, we called and a nice man answered the phone and said if we brought them in he would clip their nails for us. I'm assuming the owner greeted us and had a disgusting attitude, she rolled her eyes when we walked in and asked what wanted and then went in the back and loudly yelled at her employees that whoever took the call needed to do it and she was annoyed they took the walk in when they see how busy they were. The man was so nice the whole time but this owner is always so rude to her clients and I'm assuming employees. Unfortunately I will never go here again because I have always had a horrible experience with her and her attitude

D washed up my year old boxer, Eric and he looked so shiney & smelled fresh n clean. Fair price and done in a timely fashion. Thank you, D. I know Eric's a lil hesitant and scared, it was his first time but I'm so thankful you took care of him.

Crystal is our groomer and she does an excellent job with our German shepherd. Prices are reasonable and they are always able to fit us in.

They do a wonderful job on my toy poodle. She is always excited to see her groomer. It's a plus they are close to home too.

We took our golden retriever here to get a simple groom. Mary was our groomer and she did the most disgusting grooming. Our dog came home thirsty and limping. She chopped almost all his hair off his ears and shaved all the hair on his belly off. She cut so close to his ears I thought she took some skin too. He was hurting so bad from the grooming we had to give him Tylenol just so he can walk. We have been here before and the service was good, no complaints, but when Mary groomed our dog it was horrific. His tail has chunks missing and it looks like a child did it.
