Clean rooms, nice breakfast, enough parking, 2 story building without elevator and tap water felt a little different but overall it's good.

This place was renovated nicely. The rooms were clean and it was quiet the night we stayed. The girl who checked me in was friendly. Breakfast was fine. I'd stay here again.Edit: get a room on the side by the parking lot. The rooms on the other side by the car wash are noisy during car wash hours.

It's not the most extravagant hotel but the suite we had is very spacious and roomy. The beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was pretty good and standard. I'd gladly stay here again!Rooms: Love the hardwood floors in the suite. Nice refrigerator and tv. Beds were comfortable.Food & drinks: I like how they take cash or card for snacks and drinks as opposed to their competitors being cash-only.

Sept 2023 Stayed in a Family Suite on 2nd level. Very roomy, modern & comfy! New mattresses, huge TV, ample fridge! Staff was outstanding! Especially the Manager that helped us (what was her name!?! She was amazing!) Can't speak on breakfast. No elevator. Tiny gym. Landscape sparse but was scheduled to be updated. Hated that smoking was allowed at all entrances, by their staff too. Kept walking out in a cloud of smelly smoke. If sound sensitive, request a room away from the highway & Car Wash.

My wife and I just concluded a 3 day stay at Clarion Pointe in Prescott, AZ and all in all we were impressed, particularly for the competitive rate we paid when booking through Expedia. The room was clean / new / modern, the bed was comfortable and the 24 hr coffee and included breakfast was decent. The ability to cast my streaming subscriptions from my phone to the provided flat screen tv (which incidentally was a pretty large size for the size of our hotel room) was really great and a cool high-tech touch. They also have a well-stocked general store with reasonable prices that is available to purchase from 24/7, which is very convenient. What really set this hotel apart from other past stays in the same Prescott area was the wonderful congeniality and warmth of manager Jericho, who was manning the front desk most of the times we happened to be passing by on our way in or out of the hotel. She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to converse with us like actual guests instead of simply customers. We’re excited to hear what the hotel has planned for its patio area, and plan to stay there again when the need arises. There were a couple of things that we thought we’d be remiss not to tell the hotel ownership about, though, so figured I’d include them here in my review. None of these observations are intended to be critical, but more so simply opportunities for the company to make changes to improve guest experience / perception:It’s pretty bare in the front outside area of the hotel, and if you’re in one of the front facing 1st floor hotel rooms, the lights from cars parking can shine right into the room. A few well placed plants near the windows / along the sidewalk would offer a greater sense of privacy. The room we had did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. This is unfortunate in a smaller bathroom like that because steam from the shower can build up / or unpleasant aroma from folks using the restroom. Not sure why there wasn’t a fan in our bathroom, but it was a bit of a bummer.Would have liked if housekeeping provided a cloth mat to put on the floor along with provided bath / hand towels. The floors are a very nice, new and clean surface, but they are hard nonetheless, so not having anywhere to step onto with wet feet besides a cold hard floor is not ideal. Of course, we could have used a bath towel as the mat, but then we’d be short a bath towel, so we didn’t want to do that.Anyway, these notes were not overly inconvenient, they’re just aspects that, had they been different, would likely have led to a 5 star rating overall, especially for the reasonable price.Rooms: The room we had was newly and nicely remodeled, and the ability to cast from my phone to the tv was a nice touch.

Me and my family stayed here while visiting a family member nearby. We usually stay somewhere else but this was more affordable this time. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Shout out to Julia and Julie who were welcoming and engaged well with my very talkative children. The walls are pretty thin so it can be noisier than we are used to. However, we had a comfortable experience in our room and my kids loved that they had two kinds of waffles offered for breakfast. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

The price for the hotel was perfect. I especially loved that they had a small fitness room as well. Nothing glamorous, just a treadmill, elliptical, and bike with a full free weight, yoga ball and medicine balls. The hotel was extremely clean, looks newly remodeled. However, the walls were soooooooo thin, we did not sleep. I believe the rooms are conjoined, separated by a door and our neighbor had a very sad crying baby all night. My grandma also stayed in the room next to the staff closet where they made breakfast and they woke her up at 4am.The breakfast was okay, the offered waffles, chicken nuggets and biscuits and gravy.I likely would not return here.

This place is clean! The staff was friendly enough to work with me of my arrivals at 3:30am and opted me in for a later check out as well as accommodated me for breakfast right when it ended at 9:30. I’m so grateful to have found this place and will look for more during road trips around the US.

I thought this review was posted many months ago... Sorry for the delay...Excellent stay at a newly remodeled property with a very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Many close by restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc. 5 stars for my experience with the property, the staff especially, and overall convenience of its location. Would gladly stay here again especially since the suite pricing was reasonable. B. C.

Julie was a great host, very attentive and professional. New property. The breakfast was okay, perhaps an attendant could assigned to keep items stocked, waffle mix was exhausted, coffee pots empty, some of the pastry were out. I understand the use of the vinyl flooring, clean but not really, and no mops were seen on the housekeeping carts. Went to clean up a spill in bathroom, the towel came up black. The towels and sheets clean and crisp. The lot was clean. We will return.Safety: As sunset comes earlier the exterior lighting controls need to compensate for the change.

Newly remodeled hotel. Probably good for the single traveler.Sink counter top space very small, and this space is outside of the bathroom, so if one person is getting ready, the light would be on for the other one sleeping. Also no coffee pot at all in the room. I did the unthinkable and got coffee in the lobby innthe evening, stored it in the fridge, then zapped it in the AM.My company booked this hotel, I'd probably not stay here again for those 2 reasons.

Wonderful, wonderful and once again wonderful!! The team here is a pleasure to engage with and the hospitality is unmatched. Very clean room with great AC, snacks, breakfast and 24/7 coffee and juice access. We came up from the valley for a day and managed to lock our keys in the car. The managers went out of their way to research possible solutions and help us try to get back in. They were 100% committed and the solidarity felt so comforting in our crisis moment! It warms my heart. Huge thank you to this team for the awesomeness. New fave upstate stay.

This hotel is like new. The furnishings are all new, the room was clean and modern, and had all the amenities needed. The check in process was quick and efficient.Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, a movie theater, and other activities in the area.Food & drinks: There are plenty of snacks and drinks at the marketplace.

The rooms are extremely clean and very efficient. I think what bothered me the most is that I checked in in the evening after driving up from Phoenix. The hotel is laid out more similar to a college dormitory where it has long hallways. Not much of a lobby, in fact, no lobby at all really. When a hotel is laid out similar to a dormitory, and exits are unmanned or monitored on both sides of the first and second floor hallways. It feels a little unsafe to me. Perhaps because when I’m traveling alone, security comes for front to my mind. This hotel, I almost actually asked for my money back to find something else since I’m traveling solo. But this time of the year Prescott is extremely expensive and I couldn’t even find any other hotel rooms available under $350 a night. So I stayed And stuck it out. There are a tremendous amount of workers that stay here at the hotel that work either for the highway system. I noticed at least 20 or 30 workers when I got up at 5:30 to get coffee on the bottom floor. A good supply of breakfast was laid out, I cannot complain about anything other than I just did not personally feel safe in the hotel
