I don't understand why Circle K has mostly incompetent employees. First, you're forced to check yourself out. Secondly, I had a refill of soda, I told the guy it was soda and he charged me for coffee, which costs over a dollar more. No sorry, no offer to redo it, I just had to pay it. Same service at virtually every Circle K I go to. Maverick has MUCH MOR COMPETENT EMPLOYEES. I'll be going there from now on!

Employees are usually angry and rude, I'm guessing, mostly because they are not supported by the company. I will pay a lil more and go to maverick where it's clean, stocked, and Employees are friendly

The clerk was being rude to me and then turns out the manager was off work in the line behind me, bald guy long red beard, begins yelling at me in front of a lobby full of customers until I broke down about how I just drove back to town from my dad's funeral and I don't really need this kind of cruelty right now and rushed out of the store, not receiving any money taken from me with no merchandise in return...

Only complaint is the windshield washing buckets are often empty early in the morning. Luckily I drive a water truck and fill a couple. I let them know and their response is "we'll get to it when we have someone available" as their usually understaffed imo.

This place is slowly but surly turning into a dump. The place is filthy the floors are sticky and gross the countertops are covered in soda and condiments. Soda fountain is so dirty that you almost hate to get anything to drink there. The parking lot is so bad and the trash cans need to be emptied. No water in the container to wash your window. This place used to be so clean and now with all of the manager changes the place is a dump.

This place needs to completely remodel their bathrooms. The smell and sight almost made me throw up. Dried poop on walls that's clearly been there a long time. Dont stop here to use bathrooms if you can avoid it. Would have posted pictures but wouldn't wish that on anyone.

They have a cashier with obvious anger issues. Bruce tried to help me with self check out. The scanners doesn't read 2 litters well until the fluid stops shaking (as explained to me buy other cashier's). Which is fine it usually takes just the time to grab a couple of bags to settle down. Bruce proceeded to slam my drinks around the self check out trying to get them to scan. I asked him to stop because I have delt with this before. His response (raised voice and tone) "So have I you either do it my way or...) at this point I manually scanned them. He grunted something and turned away. Now in fairness it is really busy and maybe the stress is to much. But his display had two other customers make jokes about it on my way out.
