It was super dirty inside, all of the machines were out of ice, the creamers were empty, the soda machines were 90% out. The floor and counter areas were covered in spilled soda. Super disgusting.

Few things. For starters, who the hell taught you people (all women in az) that it’s ok to look under the stalls to check if someone’s in there? Like literally just pull the door or ask if someone’s in there. There is no need for you people to be looking under it. Second, this place is always out of sodas, and never has ice. It’s dirty and the soda and tea spots are moldy, the tea spots actually have gnats flying around them. Not to mention the taste of some things, those machines need to be taken apart and cleaned, which judging by the crew you have, I’m sure it hasn’t been done in years. Like many others, there almost never a person up front and I’ve seen multiple people walk out with stuff they haven’t paid for. Mostly drinks but still. Having one register open while having the self checkouts sucks. This town is mostly old people (no offense) and they don’t like using the self checkouts which holds up the line. Then you have people who don’t know what they’re doing or are too slow checking people out. Place needs a big change. (Side note the small stall in the women’s restroom was out of tp for days)

This place is always dirty. I just stopped in there today. Bathrooms were a mess, no soap to wash your hands, trash all over the floor by the soda machines and the manager was standing right there. When I mentioned it, she says I’m the manager.

The blonde guy with greasy hair and arm tattoos, looks new, was just sitting there stocking shelves while customers were waiting. Had to ask him to help me because his tiny peanut brain couldn't understand what it means to have a customer service job. Pretty sad how stupid these kids are.

Would appreciate them having unsweet tea by 6:30am please. My husband stops by toGet me unsweet tea, to bring it home to me. I have some new health issues recently and unsweet tea is the only thing I drink.

Wouldn't recommend going there got a refill and they charged me $2 when it's supposed to be a $1.20 I've had this bottle for 2 years never had that problem never going here again this place sucks everything doesn't work bathrooms are nasty and the self-checkouts don't work but they don't care and they just talk there and ignore all the customers you guys should be glad I didn't walk out with a free drink that day

I come here almost everyday on my lunch break and 99% of the employees are awesome and I love dealing with them and talking to them. Unfortunately Herm "lord of the cigarettes" as he calls him self has such a bad attitude and is so lazy, I avoid coming here on Mondays when he's working. Herm if you don't like your job and don't want to work there find another job please. Don't take it out on the customer's
